Truthfully this place is NEVER open they don't answer the phone AND it's in Office building that you have to get in a elevator to get your food imagine that for a door dasher or regular customer annoying I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone and won't be coming back .

It’s a difficult place to find so it’s definitely a secret spot. I’d recommend coming here on a weekend because you can park anywhere and it’s empty inside. I ordered the bacon egg & cheese and my mom ordered the Cuban sandwich. Both of the meals came with amazing potato wedge fries and homemade ketchup. The food here is incredible, I’ll definitely come back here!

Our party of 4 arrived an hour before closing. The person who was in the kitchen completely ignored us. We were hungry, and looking forward to having a light dinner. We had looked forward to eating here because of the great reviews.If we had been told we were closing early or sorry we are closed..we would have understood. But to be ignored and waiting for some kind of acknowledgement there is no excuse. We left after 10 minutes and went to another restaurant.I want to go back and give this place a second chance.

This place is a hidden gem literally. It's a little hard to find but completely worth it. Spinach dip was some of the best I've ever had and the walnut bowl was incredibly flavorful. Staff was super nice and the atmosphere was really great.

A&V is a bit tricky to locate: it is upstairs in Building B of the Sanctuary Centre, an office complex. You park below and then must be let into the elevator. There is both indoor & outdoor seating. I chose indoor on a Saturday after 5 where I was the sole guest. I imagine they are generally busier during the week & probably do a lot of pick up orders on Saturday evenings? The dining room was clean and a printed menu on the counter. I chose the Eggplant Rollatini which came with a salad. Both were delicious. The salad had a mildly sweet dressing and the Eggplant was served on spinach leaves. & to top it off, it was served to me on real dishes with actual silverware. Unexpected & delightful. The server/cook/cashier was very nice. I asked about the most popular dishes. He said the Egg, Bacon & Cheese, the Cuban, the Zen & the Eggplant. I went with the Eggplant because it was what I was considering before I asked. Looking forward to returning to try the rest.
