Arturo’s exemplifies fine dining. Restaurants of this caliber becoming extinct. It’s refreshing to walk into a beautiful, clean, well staffed, white tablecloth establishment. We were in Boca for 10 days. We went to Arturo‘s for three of those days. Need I say more!!

March, 2024My family held my 80th birthday party in Arturo's private room for 20 people. The food was wonderful, everyone loved it. The service staff were excellent and made me feel special. Five star service to everyone. The family owners, (especially Elisa), were so helpful to my husband in setting up the dinner. They arranged for the flower delivery and the flowers were outstanding. I was so thrilled with the birthday cake baked by Elisa. It was gorgeous and everyone thought it was delicious.I don't usually do reviews, but this night was so outstanding, that I must highly recommend Arturo's.

Food. 2.5 Service 2.5 Greeting 2.5 Ambiance. a tired 3 This was our second time dining here. It was only around 615. Waiter, though polite, was STOIC AND seemed brand new, don't think his training was thorough It seemed we had 3 people waiting on us and we weren't quite sure who was responsible for what. Ceasar salad prepared table side was NOT cold and greens were wilted. WAY too many "specials" Place them IN THE MENU on a separte piece of paper. The anti-pasta, and our appetizers all arrived at the same time! Felt quite rushed. Not 2 minutes after our appetizer plates were cleared our entrees arrived..... Chicken Francais was NOT hot, short on lemon sauce and arrived with 5 haricots vert wrapped in an unknown vegetable "string" Rigatoni, was NOT hot, and was mundane Osso bucco sauce seemed as if there was corn starch in it and was NOT tangy as it should be. Our guest didn't eat it. We were still charged for it, even after our guest politely told the server, it wasn't "good" Bananas Foster was like soup and not hot enough either. It was served in a BOWL! I believe our dinners sat in the kitchen for too long, hence luke warm. Host did not acknowledge us or say thanks when we left and we were the only ones leaving at that time. The valet guy was the most personable person we met that evening. I owned a restaurant so for this price point I had realistic and understandable expectations. We've grown very weary of too many restaurants here who have greedily increased their prices for what ever reason! Not only have some had large increases, they've cut back on what's included and or reduced portion sizes. Service as a rule has declined because too many restauranteurs don't believe in paying a fair wage, and FORCE their waitstaff to PAY other employees! So...finding qualified staff is not so easy anymore, because people have grown tired of being treated like servants by their employer and sadly by too many entitled guests. Legal, who cares. Ethical ...NO! We had the 3 entrees, : rigatoni, chicken Francais, and the osso bucco, a kettle one martini, a vodka, 2 diet cokes, 1 glass of sauvignon blanc and cabernet (house)anti pasta, caprese salad navybean soup. ceasar for two, the bananas Foster $489!!! before tip REALLY???? We are NOT a people who have that "entitled" air and being in the "business" for more than 25 years I'm VERY understanding. I like to receive what I've paid for, nothing more and nothing less. There's a limit and that was reached Friday March 29. We have friends coming to visit from Italy. We won't bring them there!

Went last night for dinner. Ordered fish which came in a light red sauce with clams, mussels and vegetables. Ate less than half and was looking forward to finishing for lunch today. Opened the container and all it contained was a dry piece of fish. No broth, no vegetables, no clams no mussels. What happened to my leftovers that was paid for??

The food was excellent, portion size was generous but our party of 10 was rudely treated by the owner. We were never told that there was a limit to our party's stay. We were celebrating the 100th birthday of a dear aunt by planning a dinner together. After we finished our dessert and aperitif, we were just beginning to leave when the owner came over to demand that we leave because he had other parties who were waiting for a table of 10. It didn't matter when the waiter was busy "up-selling" us on the overpriced but delectably rich desserts and after dinner drinks. But after our host (who was a neighbor of the restaurant owner) paid the bill of $1400 (tip included) we were then rudely asked to leave. If that type of treatment is alright with you, then this may be the kind of place you would patronize. But I seriously doubt it!
