Aunt Lulu's is an institution in Boca Raton. Their pizza is always first class: fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff always meet you with a smile and make you feel you're part of the family. Highly recommended!

Rude service, the girl in the front who takes orders has stank face.
We ordered to go and decided to eat at the table, little ms rudeness comes to the table puts her hands over our food to “throw our bags away”
Mind you this lady is on a break eating & she stops eating to tell us that if we order to go you have to take it & proceeds to say
“If you’re gonna eat it here that’s fine this time, but you have to eat it on a tray”
I just can’t believe somebody would interrupt their break to correct a customer for eating a to go order in the restaurant.
So in reality she wanted us to dirty trays which would have made more work on her employees??
Please make it make sense.
I guess the customer isn’t always right anymore.
Do better Ms it wasn’t that serious honey.
She acted like she ran the place, so if you’re the owner that’s very sad and you should get out of customer service.

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered 2 pies for pickup, the screen asked for a tip… not just any tip but 30%, 25% or 22%… being that we pickup up we bypassed the tip. As my friend walked out THE OWNER had the balls to say “… and NO TIP?!?”. Unbelievable the rudeness when we were happy to give this empty pizzeria our business. Never again. 2 stars cause pizza wasn’t bad.

Top tier, not pretentious, please make this you’re neighborhood spot. Moz sticks as my death row last meal.
Decent place with good pizza, as long as you don't have to deal with Miss Lulu. She needs to be an absentee owner or get some customer service training. She is extremely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Rest of the staff are great, guessing she did not train them or they already had prior training elsewhere.
It’s a solid pizza place but I can say I have had better. The pizza tasted overly salty but I couldn’t tell if it was the bread, cheese or sauce. It just made me reach for my water bottle more. The people working were serious and not as welcoming as you would like when you walk into a new establishment. Overall, probably wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again but I wish them the best. It’s still solid pizza!
