I can’t believe what you sold me yesterday! I bought the mini pepperoni pizzas for my daughter and they were completely burnt — hard as a rock, not even edible. If I hadn’t been stuck at the play area with my child, I would have marched back and thrown them right in your face to ask how on earth you dare sell something like this. Absolutely disgusting. Never again will I buy anything from you.

I have not gone to Aintie Anne’s Pretzels since I left Virginia Beach in 2011. Since we came early to the mall I decided to savor the pretzels either their signature almond caramel dipping sauce in which everyone buys the pretzels for that reason. Upon paying for it I was told they do not have the dipping sauce. It is kind of ridiculous when one buys the pretzels without the condiments. The person that helped was not as friendly as in BLOOMINGDALE , Kiehl’s, Chick filla . A smile or being courteous would be nice. I am with a person that is terminally ill and just want to enjoy eating at the fast food where we do not eat usually. This time we decided to try eat in a fast food at the mall.

I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes for a pretzel, it was almost 5:30. I hadn’t bought one in years and was surprised to see that one pretzel costs almost $7.00 which is outrageous.

Pretzels are good but after buying 2 orders of pretzels and a frozen drink they wouldn’t give a cup of ice water. I can’t understand how that isn’t customary for a paying customer. The kid at the register stated the water had black stuff and that’s why it wasn’t allowed. Isn’t that water used to make pretzels?

I haven’t had Auntie Anne’s in a very long time. I was so excited to have the BOGO in the rewards app so I can share the pretzel nuggets with my family. So much so that I took a picture after getting them to send to family! We finished the cinnamon sugar pretzels, and halfway through the salty pretzels the atmosphere changed greatly upon discovery of a very long strand of hair entangled in a pretzel nugget. Flavor wise, the pretzels were so delicious and service was also great hence my 3-star rating. However, I’m very grossed out by the long strand of hair discovery as it’s unsanitary and proper precautions should be taken by staff to prevent this from happening. Also $7.99 for one cup of pretzel nuggets is a lot of money imo for a snack item.

The pretzels are good. But just the way they operate, gives them 0 stars. First, don’t advertise pretzels if you don’t sell them. Telling people we really don’t sell many pretzels and they are made to order and take a while. That sounds like bait n switch. Because you are basically advertising $6 pretzels and selling me $8 nuggets. It’s bad.And silverware. Then you sell me a product that requires a fork and tell me to take one from another store. That’s sketchy.Bad company. Management should be evaluated. Good pretzels.
