I go to Bagel City every couple month, it's a go-to breakfast spot in Boca. I love their French Toast, and their specials are always affordable and popular. Their pastries are also very good, and I've bought from them before and taken it home. It's popular with the elderly and conservative community, so if you're a young adult, not a regular, or not in that demographic you might get some looks. But I think that's how a lot of small diners are.
Stopped in on a whim looking for a new bagel place to try. On first impression the outside patio is charming and would be the perfect place to sit for a nice get together. Once inside it has a very New Yorkish vibe going on with the workers. They have a bunch of standard bagels and toppings , nothing original but the basics are well covered (garlic, onion, marble, salt, sesame, everything, rye, pumpernickel, cinnamon raisin, etc)
My fault for not verifying prices...

Although I have bought bagels from here several times (and it is my favorite bagel in SoFL, as shown in my Bagel Bastard series), I’ve never actually eaten in the restaurant until today.
The menu encompasses breakfast/diner stuff with curated Jewish deli classics. We had lunch with a visiting friend from the DC area; we had a hard and soft salami sandwich combo (with rye bread baked on-premises) and a legit matzo ball soup; my wife had a off the frame turkey...
