First visit and loved it. We ordered the egg salad with a salted bagel and the reuben. Both were perfect. We sat at the counter. Our server was on it and with a great welcoming personality. We will be back.

Ordering take out from this place is always such a disappointment. When you go in person everything is so fresh and beautiful but when you order take out they just throw whatever they can find on the plate as if they are annoyed that you are ordering take out. The first time I did they sent me a bacon egg and cheese bagel with only one piece of the bagel so really it was an open faced sandwich EVEN AFTER I CALLED THEM TO ENSURE THERE WOULD BE NO MISTAKES. NOW, I just ordered again to see if maybe that was just a rushed day and they might’ve just forgotten and they just sent me a bunch of burn French fried with everything bagels that have nothing on them so more like “nothing bagels”. I asked for my eggs over medium they made it over hard and they added more than the requested bacon so now it’s just a bacon bagel with burnt French fries. I put explicit and CAPITALIZED words with clear instructions and they still couldn’t follow them.
To the business and the staff, if you do not care for having the presentation on take out dishes be the same as your dishes in home PULL your business out of the delivery services where you have made it available that way people know this is the kind of place where you are forced to go in person and eat your food in the store or just order it to go but IN PERSON. Every time I get food from this place I am always so excited but the two times I have ordered take out have been huge disappointments.

I went in for breakfast with my boyfriend and we both ordered omelettes and coffee. What should have been a simple meal turned into a $44 bill because of hidden up-charges the waitress never mentioned. Every single topping was an extra charge ($0.99 each, $1.49 for cheese, and $2.29 just to make your omelette with egg whites). None of this was explained up front.
On top of that, our waitress never checked on us. I had to wave her down two or three times just to get our coffees refilled. Her name is Atara.
When I asked for the manager, a heavyset male came out, didn’t give his name, and told me the charges were “written on the menu.” I explained that I had asked the waitress for recommendations and she suggested omelettes—at no point did she inform me about the extra costs and ask if that’s ok. Nearly $20 of the bill was unexpected charges.
The manager only offered to take $6 off, then gave me attitude when I said that wasn’t enough. He even sarcastically asked if I wanted him to “put it on the up charges on billboard.” Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he dismissed my concerns and walked away.
The food itself was mediocre at best, and between the poor service, hidden fees, and rude management, it was a disappointing experience. If you go here, read every line of the menu carefully, because they won’t bother to tell you about the nickel-and-diming. I won’t be returning.

Everything there is delicious highly recommend my go to is the et bagel with eggs and cheese with bacon hands down the best and the best part they are close to my favorite auto repair shop world class auto repair going there with a full belly makes my day better so come in grab a plate and explore the area like I did maybe check out the Office Depot get some office supplies and fill up your gas tank at the 711 that’s by the bagel works I’m telling ya I just can’t say enough about this place ohh and the tuna is the best in the world so go check them out you’ll be pleased

I'm not sure these people could find there behinds with both hands. They claim to have outside seating but they make you get take out to eat. Then they only give you half of your order. Ice coffee literally had no ice in it. We will never come here again. Truly awful.
