There was a line (that no one knew what they were in for), a kiosk, and then a waitress that was somehow also the hostess. Everyone was frustrated.

3 open booths and would not let me sit in one. I will never come back to this place. Response to the owner: There was no line. I used to eat there frequently. I have never had an issue until yesterday. They tried to sit me at a large table in the middle of the restaurant. Should have just given me a booth. I am always in and out of there in 15 minutes. Frustrating to say the least. With so many other options in this town, they should think twice before dismissing a paying customer. I will take my business elsewhere. With all the health code issues and bad inspections you guys have had, I should have stayed away from your restaurant anyway.

I Have to say briefly the food is excellent However, whenever we place an order for our family for a breakfast or for another meal, every time an item is missing so two people have their breakfast or three people have their breakfast and one person is missing their breakfast when I contact the store. There is no answer so I contact Uber eats and get a refund, but we don’t want a refund. We want the correct items delivered The store needs to do a better job filling orders I want to respond to the very polite response from the owner of bagel Works. This evening I tried to place an order on bagel works.com and it says “not taking orders“ I did try, but apparently your website is not working

What an Amazing Experience!!! Looking for that Authentic Jewish Deli Experience where the Food just blows your mind, and you feel like you’re on an episode of Seinfeld, with Excellent Service… This is your must stop and enjoy!!! Our waitress was Lucie, she was truly Amazing and made this place the 5 Star Experience All day long!!! The prices are fair and the portions are wonderful, and wait until your mouth has its Blissful experience and the tastes of food that have love poured into every meal!!! Each of us had something different, from Mind Blowing Tuna Melt Sandwich, to the White Fish Sandwich, on the Tastiest bagels in Florida, Poached Eggs, to The Works with 3 scoops of your choice, Make your own omelets and delicious home fries, and our little one loved her chocolate chip pancakes!!! This experience was Top Notch in every way, and coming back is a Must! There are so many options to enjoy!!! You may be waiting in line to get in, but you will be certainly happy you came to this Amazing place!!! Thank you Lucie for being Amazing, consistently checking on us, caring about how your customers are doing and if we need anything!!! I am at Bagelworks at least 3-4 times week either to Eat on or takes out most of the severs know me so that is pleasant I love their egg white salad and their low fat tuna salad. I truly enjoy my time at Boca Bagel Works, My only complaint is that they have no LOW FAT CREAM CHEESE either in plain or veggie, So I hope the owner reads this and start making low fat cream cheese Veggie would be great I have sat with other patrons and in conversation they also agreed they would be happy like me All in all it’s a great place to eat and hang out for awhile I hope the owner decides to honor my request Thanks Dan S

My Mom and I were recommended dining at BagelWorks over Toojay’s by my sister who was coming to pick-up to go. Upon our arrival, only one booth was open and being cleaned. My mom asked for a table for three. The guy seating said “how long for the third?” I answered and said “we’ll be just two.” I asked for the booth. The guy seating said he’d seat the two behind us first. I assumed he would seat them at an available 2 or 4 top table as those were clean and we were waiting for the booth.
The guy seating then spoke softly with a guy behind the counter of which I couldn’t hear the dialogue and then the guy seating sat the two ladies behind us in the booth we expected to be seated in. I said to the guy behind the counter we said “we were just two.” I was appalled at what just happened. For whatever reason the guy seating and the guy behind the counter disregarded that we were just a party of two. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said to my mom “I’m leaving, let’s go, I don’t want to eat here.” The guy behind the counter said “have a nice day.”
Upon reading reviews for this restaurant there seems to be a trend of negative reviews commenting about staff or the owner being rude.
The two of us are now enjoying Toojay’s instead where they greet and seat you with a smile and treat you with respect.

Heard about a good breakfast being served here so I checked it out . Eggs and potatoes Cooked as ordered . The bagel was just baked and was offered not toasted and was very good . Price in line with all other bagel shops . Good service and coffee refills offered. Will definitely be back

Bagels & Works is a must-visit spot for bagel lovers in Boca Raton! I had the tuna bagel with cream cheese and it was delicious. The bagel was fresh and chewy, and the tuna salad was packed with flavor. The coffee was also excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. If you're looking for a quick and satisfying breakfast or lunch, I highly recommend Bagels & Works. Flat and Everything bagels are fabulous
