Balux Boca

Club music, we had a great time.

Wow. I love Balux. There’s nothing else like it in BOCA. If you don’t want to have to drive to Miami or Fort Lauderdale for a nightclub I suggest you come out on Friday and support this place. Love being able to dress up and be treated to 5 star Miami level service right in BOCA.

The place looks nice, but music is really bad, sorry.Anyway if they change the music, it will get filled up.

Like the old club days but we are all old, hehe....fun throw back night. FUSION band was the bomb, excellent night, no appetizers, that was just a come on but drinks and great dance music, funny crowd

I like this place, is a fun place to hang out with friends, get some drinks and dance.

We were promptly seated, staff was attentive and polite, comfortable setting

Its the perfect spot with lots of flavor and awesome pricing real authentic food would recommend to everyone.

This was my 2nd visit, but the first time I got to try the food. On my first visit, the music started at 8 and the place was very busy. Lots of dancing going on, but tables were limited and we didn't get to eat. I definitely recommend reservations. We had reservations this time but I didn't know that music starts at different times depending on the weekend. This time music was only starting at 10, so we practically had the place to ourselves. This gave our server Jacob plenty of time to focus on us and he was outstanding! The food was delicious, there was nothing we didn't like. The prices weren't exactly cheap, but not outrageous either. I hope this place succeeds, it would be nice to have a place like this for girls night out and date night too! PS. The place is in a bank building, it's a little hard to find the first time but worth looking for.

Ummmm, if you like eating dinner in a night club that's not yet (at a dinner hour) a night club, then this is the place for you. The whole place is weird. It's inside a bank building, which has an orthodontist sign outside. Once inside, it appears to be a corporate building, once inside the restaurant it appears you're in a night club. It's an awkward place to have dinner. The food was alright, but overpriced for what it is. Overall, I'd say Boca Raton has too many good restaurants for this place to make it.

This was our first time visiting Balux Boca. It is definitely more of a club type atmosphere rather than fine dining based on the decor and the volume/type of music playing. It was pretty loud, even for a younger person such as myself. Our reservation was at 6:30 on Saturday night, and we were the only people there when we walked in other than staff. A few other couples arrived after we did. The place just recently opened, so I guess people don't really know about it yet. We were very happy with the food. The taste was great on all items we ordered. My husband really enjoyed the grouper. I ordered a filet but was instead served a NY strip steak in its place for some reason. It was plated with the correct veggies and maitre'd butter on top, just the wrong cut. I'm not one to complain so I just left it alone, but I didn't appreciate paying $40 for a $34 steak. Either way, the steak was still good. The service was just ok. Our server had his mask only covering his mouth and not his nose the entire time we interacted with him. He was friendly and did offer us some info on menu items. We never heard about any specials if there were any. We may go back again after they have been open a little longer to see if they have made any modifications. I'm hopeful they will because we did really enjoy the food, and the location is very convenient for us!

The food was very good. We felt very lonely. No one else was at the restaurant. Quiet depressing actually. Service was mediocre. The waitress who served us needs more training. The chocolate mousse we ordered was just whipped cream. They forgot to put chocolate...probably won't go there again...

I read good reviews for a new restaurant and decided to try it out. It turns out it's really a nightclub that serves amazingly good food! The servers were super nice and there when you needed anything. The food was good, solid fare prepared well. I had penne vodka and husband had the burger, which was normally on the late night menu, but they were nice enough to make for him. The place is giant!! While I love classic rock, I'd have preferred it a tad softer -we were sitting under a huge speaker, so... This would be an awesome venue, I think.

Unfortunately it wasn't that busy at 7:00, but it's very pretty and the food was fabulous! It is a night club in later hours and I'm sure it's fabulous!

Best steak we've had since moving to Florida! Yes, better than Abe and Louie's, etc.
