We used to always eat at Bazille in Canada until nordstrom closed its doors. It was great to find a nirdstrom where we are staying so we could return to Bazille. We ordered our usual meals-- hamburger done medium and fries. Cooked perfectly and the olive aoli complemented the dish. Also ordered the Cilantro Lime salad with shrimp. Can't believe how good it tasted. We will be going back more times before heading home.

Mark was wonderful! Not only was he adorable, but he was very attentive too! Our meal was even better because mark was our server. 10/10 rating! He was phenomenal and the environment was great. Make sure to ask for him next time

Very disappointing experience. Long wait for the first service, food arrived before the drinks, and our wine was left forgotten at the bar for over 15 minutes. The table was not prepared — no cutlery or napkins, which only arrived after the food was served. Poor service overall.

When we arrived, I was a little surprised at how casual the atmosphere was but most noticeably, We sat for a long time before anyone came over to our table and even offered water. We had a toddler with us and it took a long time for us to get Our orders in. When the food finally came, I asked why our wine hadn't come. They forgot about it so they had to go get it which usually we enjoy before the meal. Then when the food came, they took the hot pasta dish and sat it down in front of the 18 month old. Which most restaurants Would not have done that. I asked for salt and pepper for my salad and our waitress never brought it so I had to get up and go get the salt shaker and pepper on the serving counter. For the price you pay for the food and the wine at lunchtime, I expected a lot better service. And I will add it was 2:30 in the afternoon so the restaurant was not busy.

We enjoy the restaurant and dine there often. However, this afternoon the Service was extremely slow. Food was good. The fries could have been served hotter and the cocktail was about 3/4 full. Plus the slice of bread pudding seems smaller each time we order it.

It's not just a great shop restaurant. It's a great restaurant period. Lovely people and always a chill vibe. The skirt steak is one of the best I've had. Thanks to all the hard working and lovely service and kitchen staff. A hidden gem.
Doudley is a very pleasant server, I have visited all of the Nordstrom restaurants in the south Florida area. This is one of the best. Doudley provided excellent service, he was very attentive and polite to say the least . I’m so glad he was our server today. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Came here today to have a nice lunch with my husband. This happens to be one of our weekend favorites. Niya was our server and to my surprise our lunch did not go well today. To start, she didn’t seem very open to me ordering a different dressing than the one that originally comes with it. She definitely has a very unpleasant look on her face. She never came back to check on us until it was time to pay the bill. Another couple came in and stood there while she continued talking to a customer she knew. So unprofessional and unfair to customers. Doudley, who was not our server came over and assisted us the whole time we were there. After she took my card she brought it back and just sat it on the table and mumbled something. This was the most unpleasant experience I have had at Nordstrom. I have been coming to Bazille for years and years. I have visited the one at Merrill Village about 5 or 6 times. This was a very unpleasant experience by far the worst I’ve experienced at this restaurant. She definitely needs some training and an attitude adjustment immediately. This will not stop me from visiting Bazile restaurant because I like it there. But if you don’t want your dining experience ruined I recommend you to not sit in her area period.

Terrific hidden gem upstairs restaurant at Nordstrom’s Town Center Mall Boca. 😃Delicious sandwiches incredible best burger so fresh and tasty very quality and value, plenty of food and the soups were unreal. Definitely worth having lunch or dinner 🍽️ and ask for Ariana- she was professional fast and wonderful, best server !! 👍👍
