Food was drenched in soy sauce and very salty. Missed some of the entertainment factor with hibachi in the past. It felt like we were just watching him cook. He tried his best. I know it's not easy.

Service in general is always so slow but this time we had a server who was on his first night and he was obviously overwhelmed and struggling and no one to help him. Our chef was great and the food is always consistent.

Idk the changed recently but dinner yesterday was awesome. Great fast service as well! I was in and out within an hour or so! Big change from my last few visits that took over 2.5 hours to dine hibachi.

Made a reservation. When we got there, they couldn't find our reservation. Waited 35 minutes before the waiter even came over to ask for a drink and then waited another 30 minutes for the drink. The order was completely wrong and the chef was amazing, helped fix everything. Took almost 2 hours to get food. Was overcharged on the bill for food I didn't even receive. Horrible experience. So many managers working, but no control over what's happening. Complete waste of time and money. Definitely will never return to this location.

Our Reservation was at 745, our dinner was not started until 10pm. Completely unorganized, everyone said manager did not show up. A complete disaster, we will never go back

We're sat on time for our reservation and two hours later still no chef so we left. The waitress disappeared after serving soup. Was supposed to be a meal to honor veterans and we didn't even get to eat
