Our bartender Colin was very attentive, and friendly. Our chef Gabriel was excellent!!!! He was very interactive and informative also did some tricks we have not seen before and we have been going to Benihana for over 40 years. The food was cooked perfectly. It was a great dinner experience.
Kudos to the staff at Benihana Boca Raton. Our entire experience should be documented in how to execute customer service at the highest level and how to treat customers. We arrived for our 9:45PM reservation at 9:50PM. We understood we were late and were prepared to be turned away as the restaurant closed at 10PM.
