Service extremely slow, weekday lunch time, hardly anyone there. Took a very long time to get food and then bill. Ordered food, but waiter didn't say French fries were extra. He also didn't ask what side husband wanted since he was supposed to get a side with sandwich. For $6.49, fries were way overpriced, greasy and chewy. Brisket was tender, but bland, don't think any seasoning was used. Panini was supposed to have a horseradish sauce, might, might have had 1 teaspoon. Corned beef was okay, but Pickle Barrel's is way better. The sandwiches were way overpriced for size and quality. Waiter never asked if everything was okay. In fact, after food delivery, he didn't come back until we were nearly done.

After a very long wait to enter and rude people in the parking lot the service was obscenely slow. I ordered the chop steak. It came with a tablespoon of grilled onions on it. It is described as smothered in grilled onions. I asked for more when she brought them and waited 20 minutes after finishing my onions with the first bites of my steak. Finally, I was told they were out of grilled onions. Not going back anytime soon.
Those 2 stars are generous because it is a rare opportunity to eat kosher meat out.

Loved the menu. Kasha varnishes were excellent but the potato latkes were a little bland. Brisket sandwich was a little chewy.

Nasty managers , had to wait almost an extra 45 minutes because it seems they kept forgetting our hamburger, then they forgot our soup. When i said something I was basically told off and they would just keep our food. Will never go back to this location. No wonder why so many people complain about it.

My boss, an 84-year-old lady, bought some food and was served by a guy named Jeffrey N. When my boss asked about the price charged, this guy was super rude in his response!!! I'm writing this report for her because, as she's a lady, she doesn't know much about the internet!!! I think the attendants at this place need to take custom services courses to better serve their customers!!!

Usually eat in and experience is always very good.
This time did take away. Time quoted for pickup wasn't close. We doubled the time they quoted so we wouldn't have to wait, and, still had to wait another 15 minutes. Slightly annoying. Then, get home, and an ordered and paid for side is not there. Again, slightly more annoying, added to have to wait quite a bit longer equals this salty review.

Had gone there usually 1x a month. Had dinner there on Friday and had some emails that I needed to answer. Ask the hostess, then the lady at the fron counter, what is the WiFi password, because there was lock on it. First the cashier looked at me, then to a coworker, and the lady tells me we don’t offer public WiFi. I said to her, that we eat out in South Florida 3x a week and never had a restaurant that didn’t offer WiFi in 2024. She said again, “ we don’t offer public WiFi “. I’m ok with their high prices on food, and our waiter Armando was great, but if the owner can’t spend $100-200 a month to service their customers with WiFi, we won’t be going back..

Nothing like a lean corned beef sandwich on rye with mustard and a square potato knish from Ben’s , and of course a frank with mustard and kraut …a Dr Browns Black Cherry with ice and you’re all set ! Place gets busy but worth the wait !
