I have been going to Ben’s since the late 70’s when living in NY. No matter what store I have gone to its food is consistently good as well as service. My go to is the pastrami or brisket sandwich. Never disappointed.

Another bad restaurant inspection they were closed down in 2024. These restaurants have got to be held accountable. Don’t they care about the cleanliness and the health of their customers it’s not fair. Everyone should read restaurant inspections before they go to the restaurant.
New York style Kosher deli here in South Florida. Extensive Menu of Ashkenazi Jewish food and deli, along with other American faves. The free pickles and slaw as an appetizer alone is worth the trip. Great service, delightful and casual atmosphere, and a take out counter.

Ben's food is always incredible, their portions generous and whether you eat in or take out, you're always in for authentic and delicious deli. We actually had an issue with Uber Eats on our very large Father's Day order from Ben's, (being an hr & 1/2 late with missing food). Communicating with Uber Eat's bots etc. (who of course, ultimately and wrongly blamed Ben's) was seriously challenging. But when we communicated with Ben's, it was a much better experience as Cara came to our rescue, proving that Ben's customer service is as stellar as their food. Cara went above and beyond to make up for the delivery issues, and we only wish that she could train everyone, everywhere who handles customer relations, certainly Uber Eats. Thanks Cara & Ben's, shame on Uber Eats!

Went with a friend for the first time. Service was good. Minor detail, never came by to refill my water. Had to ask the Waiter as he was rushing by. Friend ordered soup and salad combo. He said chicken soup with matzo ball was excellent. He took the salad home. I had extra lean corned beef and a side of fries. Size of the sandwich was large. Corned beef was excellent. I took half home. Fries were ehh. Took most of them home for my cousin. They give you Cole slaw (which I don’t eat) and whole pickles (two types). Pickles were good. Friend liked the Cole slaw. After paying I went to the takeout and ordered a Rachel for my cousin. We had a discussion about the pastrami being lean or extra lean. The preparer persuaded me that lean would be better. It would have more taste. It came with a knish (I got the homemade potato which I ate since my cousin didn’t eat knishes. I gave him the fries that I took home). Here’s the problem-my cousin told me the next day that the sandwich had corned beef on it. Not pastrami. I couldn’t go back to complain since I live 2 1/2 hours away. Would I go back to Ben’s? If in the area probably. Get takeout? Maybe, but check it before leaving.
