Approx $40 a pound for brisket , turkey and other meats! Holy Cow! Never again! The only reason why I was there is because I was bringing it to some friends who have to eat that type of food. Otherwise, I would never go there again.

Food excellent but don't expect to get your points. Was told the visit before that my points would be on next visit.. Our recent visit, NO points. Girl behind counter same rude person that told me next visit I'd get my points. Went home, spoke to Manager, Allen, and he tried to double talk me. Was no help at all. Too bad, shredded my Ben's card. Relationship with Ben's over. Be aware of being cheated out of your points.

I can’t rate a Kosher restaurant less than 5 stars, but I do have to say it felt really awkward to be handed the check before even starting to eat. I wanted to order dessert which I did on my way out. I am latino and converting, it just felt like the waiter wasn’t sure I was going to pay because of my ethnicity. The only reaction I had was to pay cash at the moment it was handed to me.Food wise: Amazing! I wasn’t expecting to have such a good prime rib, it did surprise me how good it was cooked to perfect medium. Definitely 10/10

Ben’s Boca Raton - here’s the review I wrote on Facebook Let’s Eat South Florida. Over 100 likes and comments that agree, this location’s food quality and related has gone downhill. What happened to Ben’s Deli in Boca Raton - on a Wednesday night, not enough servers, different manager, host, hostess…….empty booths with no servers, ended up in table near the door and waited and waited and waited for the server (new also) to arrive. Pickles and cole slaw of course but pickles inedible - asked the waiter about them, he replied the supply was all no good (but they served them anyway). The taste was awful actually and they were inedible. Ordered the corned beef and cabbage Wed. special - a sandwich arrived. Sent that back, when CB plate arrived, it included half rotten potato. Eventually server returned, complained about the potato and he unwillingly brought out another, did not take the rotten one off the table. I asked to speak to the manager at cashier’s desk after filling her in on the service and food - she said she knew nothing about their pickle issue and told me I would have to wait, didn’t know how long it would take, manager was working behind the counter and she really had no interest in my dinner issues. Was it an off night, perhaps and of course Gerry was off that night.

The food was good, but I was disappointed with the soup. The waiter didn't tell me the matzoh ball soup had two versions. One version had no vegetables or chicken which I am accustomed to. It was very large but was only broth, noodles and a big matzoh ball. I would have preferred a smaller cup of soup with all the ingredients it should come with.

Excellent restaurant! Finally! A great New York deli. We both ordered hot pastrami sandwiches on rye, and they were amazing! The restaurant provides coleslaw and two different types of deli pickles to start your meal. It's been a long time since I've had that offering in a restaurant without an additional cost. The service was beyond expectation. Our waiter was very attentive excellent service.I strongly recommend you try this restaurant if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed.

?The heavier set looking lady with the lashes wasn't very pleasant. She clearly made me feel like it was a "Jewish Only" restaurant, and that I didn't belong.?

This is one of the few kosher delis that I’m aware of where you get a bowl of coleslaw and pickles on the table! I had a baked potato kinish. You have the option of baked or fried. I also had the vegetarian chili. Everything was great as well as the service. The menu is full of all the delicacies that you’ll find as a kosher

Our server Debra B was a horror, she threw the plates on the table, everything was very fast like she wanted us out of the restaurant as soon as we got there. Before we were even finished she brought over takeout dishes for our leftovers and gave us the check. We were two couples she only gave us one bag. When I complained to the manager and said I felt I was back on the lower east side of New York City in the 1950’s and not in Ben’s he said you are in Ben’s. (Not funny) he was also rude , but said he would speak to her later. I seriously doubt it. I don’t know what’s happening to Ben’s it used to be such a nice a nice place to dine.Parking: In a mall
