I always come to this location, every few weeks even. I’ve never had an issue like this before. I usually do not get a protein, so I substitute it for a veggie and I have never been charged extra before. This time when I wanted to do so, the manager would not let me and charge me an extra $2.50 for a veggie, even though I did not even get a protein on my bowl. I have never experienced this at any other location, and I will definitely not be coming back to this location. The manager was also not very friendly and very adamant about herself being correct, even when this rule does not apply to any other locations.

The customer service here was amazing. I had a problem with my uber eats order and Alec was quick to help me out over the phone. Such a sweet person and experience. He deserves the recognition !

I really like Bolay food, but my first time at this location wasn’t pleasant. I ordered one of the signature bowls (that I aways do in other locations) bowl didn’t come as described and lot less food compared to the other locations. Server seems to be apprentice and didn’t seem to know what she was doing without a supervisor. I’m not the kind of guy that complains about the food, but won’t coming back to this location again. Wish I had spent my money somewhere else.. :(
