I originally gave Bolay a 5 star review. This was one of my favorite restaurants, you could call me a regular. I stopped eating here after discovering that they changed from cooking with olive oil to cooking with an “olive pomace” mix, which is just majority soybean oil. I only figured this out after looking at an allergen menu because of a new menu item. They made no public notice of the change. This could be very dangerous to those with soy allergies, especially since the restaurant used to have a can of olive oil sitting out on their counter as a way of advertising the healthy olive oil they used to use. I’m disappointed in the change.
Wonder place to eat. Food was amazing with big portions. Staff said Welcome as soon as we walked in the door wand was very friendly the entire time. Highly recommend. Hayden was our sever with a smile.
