Great find, tucked in a strip mall on 18th/Powerline Dr. Combines the bowl concept (think Chipotle or Poké) but offers a ton of choices for proteins (including vegan), bases (starches and salads) and toppings. I'm a vegetarian so combined mixed greens, quinoa/brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, corn and black beans. Healthy but also yummy and portions are large.
