Brendy’s Yogurt

Don’t come here! The Ice cream is terrible quality and the frozen yogurt is gritty. The toppings are old and stale tasting. The woman working the counter was rushing us and annoyed because we were ordering food to go at 10:40pm. They don’t close until 11p but they expect no customers by 10:30p so they can close and lock the doors at 10:55p.

Brandy’s has the best yogurt I’ve ever had!
They have a lot of sugar free, low fat choices. There are also two almond milk flavors that are out of this world delicious! The staff are always very personable, providing excellent service with a smile There is comfortable seating inside and out.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian yogurt and ice cream options.

Dietary restrictions: There are sugar free, low fat and dairy free choices.

By far the best 8 calorie per ounce flavors anywhere around. Nice ownership/management. Friendly social customer environments. I love going there. Perfect place!

Horrible experience going to this Brendy’s. Initially walked in and was told to not get the sugar free froyo because only old and fat people should get it. She refused to put toppings directly on the icecream but instead in MULTIPLE separate cups. As she put the hot fudge in a cup a A LONG HAIR was pulled out and I respectfully asked to not purchase it however she insisted that it was not a hair and it was from the factory that produces their fudge. I’m sorry? So the factory gave you fudge with HAIR in it? She took the hair out and gave me the fudge and charged me 15 DOLLARS for a large icecream and 2 toppings. My friend got a large icecream with gummy bears and gave her 3 singular sour watermelon to “try” and still charged her the same price as mine, $15. Please do not go here.

Won't be going here anymore. What a fake ice cream shop. My son asked for ice cream in a cup and she didn't want to put the toppings on the ice cream. She said she can only put them on the side. I asked her how can a kid eat ice cream with sprinkles on the side? Make it make sense. Never had an issue with a place not being able to put toppings on a freaking ice cream. Doesn't belong in Boca Raton.

Worst Brendys by far. Muma who works there charged me for $6.00 for a small chocolate peanut butter icecream. when i got the icecream, there was no Peanut butter in it. She refused to give me a refund and told me that everyone but me knows that there is not peanut butter chunks in their icecream. I walked out without icecream and lost $6. Worst customer service

Best yogurt around by far. They also have regular ice cream. Coffee yogurt is fantastic ! Haven’t tried the ice cream as of yet. Next time. Thank you !

I ordered a small vanilla but meant to order a different kind of vanilla and the lady made me buy both when I didn’t want the other one. So awkward plus she was pretty odd. The $4.00 worth of a literal small Icecream isn’t worth losing a customer in my opinion. Plus after this happened I saw other reviews that she puts the toppings on the side on purpose to up charge. She literally did the same thing to me and put my toppings in a small little cup. Pretty disgusting

It has many options EX: no sugar soft serve scoop ect. In nice area recomend the hard scoop just is missing something

all of these reviews talking about the lady that works at this place are absolutely correct. legitimately cannot understand what’s going on in her head.i went here with my mom because she’s on a keto diet. we spent a little time looking at the flavors that are offered before we ordered, and this woman was hovering around us pressuring us to order. i decided quickly on what i wanted, so i ordered and the lady handed it to me. my mom took some extra time to decide but the lady kept pressuring her so she just decided not to get anything, which clearly upset this lady.so my order ended up being a small cup of ice cream with gummy bears, which for some reason were given to me in a separate cup on the side. on the wall of the store, the price for a small cup is listed as $5.59. i was charged $10. i don’t know if this place really charges $5 for gummy bears, but i can’t help but feel like that was out of spite for my mom not ordering anything.just an overall unbelievably unpleasant experience for absolutely no reason

It’s ice cream. What else is there to say. They have Ice cream, Italian ice and soft serve. Indoor and outdoor seating. And it’s easy access. Great place for a visit.
