First, I asked for a small cup, and she scooped 3 scoops into it, next thing I know I’m paying $9 for a small cup of vanilla cuz their black raspberry is basically all vanilla. Won’t ever come back. The place was empty.

My family and I visited this place yesterday. And I have to leave this review because I am truly concerned. Avoid it all costs. My husband and I have been having stomach pain since we left this place. The ice cream did not taste good. How is that even possible??? Even if it’s sugar free, it should not taste like that. Someone needs to report this place to the health department. I had a little bit of the chocolate ice cream and my husband had the peanut butter. My daughter had the strawberry but thankfully she is not experiencing any discomfort. I regret going to this place, I’ve been feeling terrible since yesterday and as I am typing this with so much pain. I’ve never had an issue like this anywhere especially not from an ice cream shop! Please save yourself from this terrible place and go somewhere else. I should’ve read the reviews before taking my family here.

Lots of options. Frozen Yogurt was okay. Ice cream had freezer burn. Family said they would never go back.

Would give this place a 0 if I could. Had some friends in town and wanted to show them a local ice cream shop and the lady was not welcoming at all. She was rushing us when ordering and only allowed 2 samples. Majority of the ice creams had freezer burn on top which made it unappealing. Will never be going again!

I went to Whits and the line was so long. So I went here. Eight dollars for small yogurt with two topping. As was just ok. Next time the line is long at Whits i’m getting McDonalds Ice Cream. probably half the price and taste better

Very pleasant yogurt and soft ice cream and regular ice cream and drinks. They also have candies. Hot coffee and other hot drinks. Clean and a few tables inside with dining outside as well. Great plentiful choice of toppings. Not really room inside for wheelchairs but there is space outside.

I really enjoy going to Brendy's. They offer healthier options for ice cream but deliver on the same taste. Overall I would go back here due to the healthier options and quality of ice cream.

I just left Brendys and I received terrible ice cream and terrible service. I was yelled NO! To my face multiple times when asking for a refund or even a new ice cream after taking not even a bite. They even said when I said this tastes expired and disgusting that that is how their sugar free tastes. Why would a place serve ice cream that they swear tastes terrible? What kind of place services a product that they wouldn’t eat themselves? What kind of place laughs in their paying customers faces and talked in front of their face to their coworker? I will never be returning, and on top of that they threw away the whole cup of ice cream without giving refund or exchange. Terrible service, terrible business, terrible workers.
