Delicious ice cream and great customer service. Every flavor we’ve gotten has been delicious , their strawberry cheesecake tastes just like my favorite childhood popsicles. So soft and smooth and even the Italian ice is very flavorful and a great option for those who have to avoid dairy. They have a cute selection of toys and plushies at a reasonable price

Just bought some ice cream. One cup was all melted and the other the sprinkles were rock hard. Owner was nasty and did nothing about it. Stay away!

Brendy's in Boca Raton lacks cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
The owners exhibit rudeness, and the ice cream is far from impressive.
Considering their prime location, this is particularly disappointing. It wouldn't take much to simply wipe down the tables and create a more inviting environment. Sadly, I won’t be returning!

BEWARE - WORST YOGURT SHOP IN SOUTH FLORIDA. I really wanted to support a local business while visiting family in Boca. I went to get yogurt with my niece and sister in law. The owners were extremely rude the second we stepped in, never said hello. We’re dishonest about being out of chocolate/vanilla swirl soft serve. Then proceeded to still give us a swirl cone with only vanilla. When we asked if they could remake it with a different swirl. They got upset, then processed to charge us for an entire extra ice cream - when it was THEIR fault. It’s unsanitary as well. No gloves, handling cones with bare hands. Disgusting . Will absolutely be reporting to the BBB and local authorities to properly inspect this “business”.

We've been going for many years and they've been pretty good until a couple days ago. I ordered 4 cups to go. Each cup barely had half a scoop...and it was the dried out goo from the edge of the container. It was an older women with poor english that helped me. $24 for several tablespoons if ice cream. Terrible!

My single scoop of moose tracks cost almost $8 and it was not even good. It was extremely icey and lacking flavor. It was also advertised to have peanut butter cups and it had none. Wouldn’t recommend. My friend got birthday cake flavor and says “it was terrible, the texture was awful, there were cake balls but they weren’t even good. Wouldn’t recommend.”

Unfortunately, my time here was absolutely appalling. When I went to order my ice cream no one in the shop spoke proper English nor did my server know what the ice cream flavor I wanted. When he eventually served the soft serve, it started to fall over and picked up the ice cream with his bare hands and continued to put it back in the cup. Also, the vanilla milkshake that I ordered had the consistency of milk and seemed like it contained just milk. Sadly, was extremely disappointed with this visit and will most likely not return.
