In Bruce’s we have found our go to restaurant for fresh bagels, whitefish, and all of the comforts of a New York deli. Friendly service. Easy and safe pick up options.
Food was okay. Was disappointed they didn't have beer available.
Normally it’s great I got a mini Nova bagel for $14 and was told by the mgr too bad
Great service and food, but no match for the old man that presumably owns/runs the place. Constantly berates his servers and other staff on the floor and sits with a pouty face. He should be embarrassed

Typical New York spot. NY attitude from the old guy serving us. CNN on the only tv. Biscuits and gravy were lack luster at best. Requested crispy bacon, obviously had to be sent back, as it was no where near crispy. Why was it served? Sat for extended period after we finished waiting for the check. Had to flag our guy down. Would have been a 1 star review, however the place was clean.

Great prices and food is "ok" but unfortunately terrible service.
Had high hopes before my first visit but that's where it ended. I was on the website looking at the menu and ordered two $4.99 breakfast specials that were regular items. The two employees couldn't ring up a simple 2 eggs with grits or potatoes, bagel, and coffee. Then they attempt to tell me it's in restaurant only meanwhile they have delivery dudes. When I get home with the order the potatoes are burnt, they gave me 2 super tiny insufficient amounts of cream cheeses (if I ordered a bagel they would have put on the cream cheese). They also tried to charge me more even when I asked to verify the price while paying. The guy had to give me cash back when I caught the higher price. He tries to justify it with its dine-in only yet he tells me before its ok I'll let you take it out.
I ate at this restaurant for breakfast. The eggs were overcooked and the home fries were inedible. There was actually something wrong with them..the coffee and bagel was good. I will not be back...
The least expensive place for breakfast. And the food is great
