The owner of this Burger K franchise should change his employees. I've been here for 10 minutes and no one comes out, or when they do, they're rude, unfriendly, and unpleasant.

I ordered a bacon king and it is supposed to come with eight slices of bacon, but unfortunately, they only provided me with one. I called the store to let them know what happened and the lady told me she doesn’t know and that she has nothing to do with the kitchen. I asked her if I can speak to the store manager she told me she was the store manager. I asked her doesn’t. She know that she’s responsible for managing her employees at the store And she said no she doesn’t have to do this. She is not responsible for the people in the kitchen. She told me she couldn’t do anything for me because she didn’t make my sandwich. These people wonder why they get paid the way they do. Take ownership and pride of what you do if not find another job.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Burger King. The employees clearly don’t care about customers at all — no one greeted me, no one offered to take my order, and they were all too busy talking on their phones or chatting with each other. The service was painfully slow, and there was zero communication the entire time. It felt like no one was actually running the place. Easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this location completely.

I have been going to the store for the past 3 years I have never had a complain. My last visit to the store will be my very last The employee I encounter was very disrespectful very rude have no customer service skill nothing but attitude. I got to the store she was in a corner playing on her phone I asked her if I could place my order. She started giving me more attitude I said I just want to pick up some breakfast she said this is my phone I can do whatever I want to do on my phone I asked her you don't like your job she said I don't care about this job I said okay she said by the way you can go somewhere else and get your breakfast please go somewhere else. I feel disrespected I left her store and I went across the street to 7-Eleven and I got me some breakfast but that would be my last time going to Burger King location on glades those type of employee cannot represent your company or your business You're very disrespectful very unprofessional and have no courtesy or customer service skill I will attach this rude employee photo to this review.

Online it is listed that this location closes at 2am, I placed an online order at 12am, and arrived shortly after. The staff THAT WAS PRESENT just ignored us then left the store. No wonder this location has such a low rating.

The service was excellent and food came out on time. The General Manager Eve was very helpful with my order and he went over the beyond to make his customers happy and satisfied. The store was very clean and the staff was nice. Kid-friendliness: The store was clean and very rooming for kids to move around and not feel like were on top of each other.

A complete waste of my time. I come to the drive through. For them to tell me the system is down, so I have to come inside. What sense does that make if you are talking to me through the intercom, so what system are you referring to. It can't be pos systems because you wouldn't ask me to come inside. No Chocolate milkshake. The young lady cashier was really nice
Get to Burger King and we order and of course my sandwich is wrong and then the soda machine didn’t work and when I asked if they had it behind the counter they said no then all of a sudden he had it behind the counter. Then asked for a receipt that I paid I’m told it doesn’t work. The cook who got my sandwich wrong totally made a face making my new sandwich and I can say none of the staff tonight was very friendly. I can say my visit really sucked
