I came here Yesterday 2/13/2024 around 11:20 PM to place an order I was the only one in line for a drive thru order waiting for about 5 mins for the lady working the front to take my order..in a rude Manner she said GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER. I remain claimed and told her what I wanted to she said that they were out of the 2 for 5 I asked if I could substitute the whopper for two chicken sandwiches due to the fact that she said they were out of whoppers she said a rude tone NO YOU MAY NOT!!…I understand she probably might have had a bad day but everyone’s going through something ! So just claim tf down no need to be rude don’t like your job ? U don’t gonna be there.

Service was not good. Employees acted like I was bothering them any time I needed service. Employee didn't call my number when my order was ready. One employee was behind the counter drinking a beverage.Tables were all dirty. Employees only cleaned off one table so they could eat there while I was dining in. Food was adequately hot.

I tried to get a chicken sandwich using my rewards and honestly you tell me if I'm tripping because I don't know but I've never seen a substance like this in food. They must've thought I needed to eat at risk of my health. It's ok though. God will figure them out today ??

Worst customer service in Boca. I went to the restaurant at 9:37 on Thursday to grab a whopper. The door was locked even though I still had over 20 minutes but that’s fine. I went to order at the drive thru and of course nobody answers so I go to the window where a polite lady tells me to go around again so I do. I order my whopper and she tells me to pull forward. I ask for fries and a drink and the intercom goes silent. I pullTo the window and all the employees are on their phone. I waited no more than 2 minutes. Didn’t get to pay and left.2nd bad experience. Can’t fool me 3 times
