Disgusting stay away from this place! For as expensive as this place is it certainly should be a lot better! The onions on my hamburger were old chopped and smelly an the tomato was not even edible! The onion rings and fries tasted greasy and not fresh! The place was certainly a lot better , ten years ago! I live down the street but will never go back! The place is like an old run down diner!

I wanted to let you know that for the second time in a month, the staff at The Burger Fi located at 6919 SW 18th Street Boca Raton screwed up with the condiments that were to be added on my burger order. . With regards to the first order, they completely left off all of the condiments (ketchup,lettuce pickles and onions ) , leaving a completely dried out piece of meat on the bun. With regards to the second order, created this evening , they put on a condiment onto the burger (cheese ), which the printed order expressly stated was not to be put onto the burger. Fortunately I caught the mistake at the restaurant preventing the recipient of this food from going into anaphylactic shock if they had consumed this food.

Ended up not eating here, went to use the restroom and the toilet seat had urine all over it and not recent urine, so I decided to be a decent person and wipe and clean the seat and this is the part that got me irritated..... no soap in the dispenser. The food might be great idk, maybe the restroom was just one of those days I understand, maybe I'll try back to see, bring my family then I can review your food. TY

It was lovely the inside was so cute they had a little spoon knife and fork dispenser loved it The cheese burger was cold but yummy too the milkshake amazing service was good we got it took 10-20 it was okay

Great customer service by Eli. He helped me with my order and was very nice. He was compassion and counted the money very well. He had time to help all of the customers and make my milk shake. He is one of the kindest clerks i’ve bet met. I hope he does well in life.

The young lady served me took extra long with my order, rugs were left rolled up where someone could trip and she turned on the vacuum near the soda machine while I was eating, and it was extra loud and noisy… She was horrible and had horrible service… I will never come to this purify again if he’s there

I was very surprised at how great this food was and the service was amazing! Then a/c was way to cold and my entire party was freezing so we moved outside but other then that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Still the Best Burger in Boca – Even After the Bankruptcy
BurgerFi has always been a favorite, and this Boca Raton location proves why. Even though the company filed for bankruptcy, this spot didn’t cheap out or lower the quality—the burgers are still just as juicy, fresh, and full of flavor as ever. The fries are crispy, the portions generous, and even the boxes are sturdy and great quality, which shows real care for presentation.
What made the experience even better? The amazing service from Eli, Andre, and Sophie. They were so nice, personable, and genuinely welcoming—they really made us feel at home.
