I went on sat Nov 1st. After shopping around hungry and tired. The lady at the counter welcomed me with a friendly smile. I wished that I could remember her name. The place got jammed packed but even with short staff on a Saturday night she was on top of things. The wait was worth it. The burger was delicious and well presented.She kept everything running and was apologetic for my wait and even gave me a side of fries. She maintained her friendly, welcoming and service oriented attitude during the rush of the time! What a pleasant experience. I will be back all the way from Delray with my husband. Burger Fi very lucky to have her!

When checking out the drink kiosks most selection was unavailable. Even the Coke was all seltzer tasting. End up drinking water which brought down the Burgerfi fountain drink experience.

Order came out late due to lack of employees. Ordered gluten free bun for my child and they gave lettuce. Missing an entire kids meal and we didn’t realize until we got home. All of the food was cold. Customer service was abysmal

The food is usually good but I think they had a new server, she didn’t speak much English, but I ordered a burgers cheeseburger with half the toppings missing, no sauce and she put mushrooms on it .
I got the lettuce and tomatoes separate but she didn’t see a problem with the mushrooms.
Just make sure the service workers can understand what their doing and trained better

Laid back zoomer service. Staff in the back didn't approach the service counter, had to use kiosk (15% tip for kiosk). Burgers were decent, except for the cold bun. Server forgot to bring our drinks. Didn't like the onion rings, hard like croutons. Fries had too much salt for us.

The service was super fast and the staff were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours due to limited space. Despite that, BurgerFi is a fantastic spot for a delicious, quick meal.

Disinterested staff; location operates as if it was permanently closing for business. After waiting for a cashier to take my order, I waited 25 minutes to receive my order. The soda dispenser was nearly empty of a options. My cheeseburger was cold and made without lettuce nor tomatoes. The worse part? I had already tipped 20% for this service.
