One person working? Tables dirty. Condiment station disgusting. Flies everywhere. Dry food crusted in things. Soda machine, come try our 150 flavors that we have none of. Plus let’s automatically default to 15% tip when checking yourself out. Maximum price minimum value. What a world.

Went to order a keto fi burger and they’re out of eggs! This shouldn’t be a problem since Whole Foods is less than 500 ft away! Send someone to buy some eggs and be able to offer what’s on your menu. If you can’t innovate and adapt, you fail. Disappointing customer service.

Over the past several months, we have been coming to this place every Friday and placing the same type of orders. Unfortunately, with each visit, the quality of service kept getting worse. Today was the final time we came here.

I intentionally attached photos of the receipt and of what we actually received.

The order was incorrect on multiple items, despite being very clear on the receipt. After months of declining service, this visit was the last straw.

We will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place.

Only one kiosk working to order at. Only one of the coke machines working, and the one that was working didn’t have about half of the products or flavors that it should have had. It seems that only the cooks are working just a dreary place. Several of the items on the menu show out of stock. Almost any other restaurant would be a better destination for lunch.

Don’t waste your time here, ordered food in advance just for them to tell me when I pick up the food there isn’t any bacon. They didn’t call before hand to see if they’re were any options to be changed or anything, if I didn’t check my food I wouldn’t have noticed the bacon missing and I wouldn’t be saying any of this if it was a few bucks it’s 10-15 bucks worth of bacon and no one was trained to Call the person ordering food to see if they can be accommodated. Go to Wendy’s atleast they’ll get it right and you won’t waste your money.

Every time we come here we are less and less impressed, which is a shame because it’s just so convenient. IMO you can’t have two kids in here working alone, you need an adult for quality control. It took ages to get our food and the burger came out missing the add-ons I’d selected. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back and wait another ten minutes to get an even colder burger. This isn’t the first time this place has disappointed us. And unfortunately it won’t be the last. Fix up Burger-if, you need to improve your game.

The tables in here are filthy and there is no one but cooks to clean them. You would think since there was self ordering you would have someone that cleans but instead we are forced to clean and bus our own tables. Bathrooms are out of order. Gross! And the nerve to ask for a tip!

If you love grease this is the place for you. There more grease than fountain drinks, only water and sparking water, and that’s on the one machine that works. My burger was dripping grease and the pattys were half the size of the bun. It was like a McDonald’s in here, with more grease though. Floor needs some sweeping and tables need some cleaning. This is the only Burger Fi I’ve had a problem with. Never again will I come back.

A Castle

This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had coming to a burger fi. The crew was messy, lazy, and not focused on their job at all. A customer before me had to remind the staff about their milkshakes because the person in that station was talking with another team member completely unaware that the tickets on the shake station were printing. We waited easily 15 minutes for our food. I ordered the CEO and it was made completely improperly. It was only the burger, cheese, and the wrong sauce. None of the stuff that goes on the CEO burger. The fries were burnt to a crisp. The staff also forgot the milkshake we ordered and we had to remind them to put whip cream on the milkshake. The same mistake made with previous customer. The burgers were warm. Not hot. Staff was completely incompetent when it came to doing their job. I would NEVER dine at this burgerFi location again.

This is not a reflection of the staff. The management and corporate team need to get it together. There is only one working order kiosk. Only one soda machine working with zero flavors available. The staff was doing their best but this location is falling apart. Corporate please reconsider your structural changes

This place has gone down. One soda machine was broken and the other was missing all the extra flavors. A single piece of old lettuce on the burger and the tomato wasn't fresh. Barely any sauce. The bacon was forgotten. I came back and asked for it to then have it pulled from a crusty drawer. Fries looked old or burnt. Pretty sad experience. Times are getting tough.

It's ok. Tried a onion burger and it was decent. Their onion rings are huge and also somewhat greasy. The crew forgot to add egg one of our burger orders so they fried an egg and brought it out to us. I don't think I would return to this location, parking is a hassle and its also a little too pricey for me.

bad service, food took too long, decent size order, food quite cold, half of the drinks are unavailable and servers are rude and just a bit in their own worlds, burgers were alright but came without bun so I had to use bread from home + fries could be more crispy
