The soda dispenser was nearly empty of a options. My cheeseburger was cold and made without lettuce nor tomatoes. The worse part? I had already tipped 20% for this service.

Took my kids to BurgerFi and we each got a kids’ cheeseburger with fries and a drink and spent under $30 total! The burgers were fresh, the fries were perfectly crispy, and there was a great variety of drink options. Tiffany was so kind and checked in on us, which made the experience even better. Food was delicious and we couldn’t even finish it all. We’ll definitely be back!

Disappointing Experience Despite a Prime Location I visited during my 30-minute lunch break, expecting a quick bite, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. It took over 10 minutes just to place my order due to extremely slow service. I initially ordered the falafel sliders, I stepped out and came back 15 mins later and , I was told they were out of falafel. I switched to chicken and waited another 20 minutes but the food was a letdown ,greasy sliders with wilted lettuce, undercooked fries, and no sauces, even though I specifically asked for them. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to check before leaving. Ultimately, I couldn’t bring myself to eat the meal. If you’re on a tight schedule or looking for quality food, I’d strongly recommend skipping this place.
