Great selection great food. We ate at the bar and we were able to sit right down. Plant is pretty crowded get there early if you don't want to wait 40 minutes for a dinner table. Two bartenders real nice but we probably could have been paid a little bit more attention. Friendly local crowd

The wings here are fire! Both the dry rub and the maple Sriracha. I also get the California Chicken Club usually. I generally do to, so the staff is hit ot miss. Daniel is very professional and friendly.
Burtons is great and Michael our waiter was super sweet and on point. It was my first time there and already looking forward to going back!

The waiter was very pushy in a strange way. I think a little operations training would go a long way.
If it’s clearly a business lunch, don’t interrupt conversation! Just ask politely etc.

Had a tough time deciding what to order as all sounded good. Ended up with crab cake benedict with mixed greens. My husband had calamari and a burger. All was delicious! Only critique would be that the raspberry "mimosa" was bland with a bit of tart. That could just be my personal preference though.
Burton's reminds me of Houston's, but with a better menu and prices. It's definitely going into our regular restaurant rotation. My family loved the mussels from the specials menu. They were fresh, perfectly cooked (not chewy), and the scampi sauce had a unique kick of heat. A must-try! Our burgers were also cooked perfectly. The only downside was the chocolate cake, which was overly sweet and not moist. Otherwise, we were very happy with our dining experience. The tables are well-spaced, and the restaurant isn't dark. It has a modern, upscale grill and bar atmosphere, similar to Houston's or other comparable restaurants in the area.

I went with my job on Thursday and I loved it so I took my daughter on Friday for Happy Hour. We had an amazing time and DJ at the bar is great. I also ran I into 2 older ladies at the bar and their recommendation for food was A1. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Gluten free people listen up! We are from NYC where the gluten free options are plentiful. However, when we are in Florida, which is a few times a year, we must always dine at Burtons 2-3 times because their gf menu is fantastic. So many options that you cannot ordinarily find and cooked to perfection. I always get the fried calamari and cheesesteak spring oils are insane. The burgers are fantastic and the truffle fries are a gift from the angels. Tonight we had Cassandra who was wonderful. Everything you want in a server: sweet, professional and she listened. She brought our dinner tonight to the next level. We’ve been here twice in 3 days and will probably be back one more time before we leave. Really can’t rave enough.
