Rosanna did such an amazing job on my cake. She was super responsive and constantly helped me get exactly what I wanted. We went back and forth a lot and I appreciated her patience with me. Her work is amazing and everyone at my party was so impressed. We got the dulce de leche filling, which I definitely recommend. Terrible customer service, zero communication.Rosanna has designed a cake for me but could not follow through to meet or finalize anything. I kept writing emails and trying to finalize things when she decided to tell me that she took on another order instead. That was after three weeks on waiting for her...Don't understand how she does business...

I hired her to make brownies, cookies, cupcakes and cake pops with the theme for School because I had organized a school supply drive and wanted to reward our employees for their participation! They were delicious and SO UNIQUE! Everyone was raving about them! HIGHLY Recommend!!!
