Ordered 2 pizzas each with different toppings. Both came without toppings. Terrible soggy crust, with cheep ingredients. Every table in the dinning area was filthy. The kitchen was dirty and filled with junk. The 3 kids making the pizza were only concerned about themselves.
Terrible experience.
Will never go back.

I debated even writing a review, but a bad experience takes its toll on a customer and shouldn’t be rewarded.
This was my first time trying Canoli Kitchen at any location. A cheese pizza is the one item a pizza place should be able to hit out of the park.
My concern started with the timing. From the moment I placed the order to when I picked it up was less than 10 minutes—about 7 minutes total from when I called to when I pulled up. When I arrived, the pizza was already boxed and sitting on the counter. The store appeared fully cleaned, and the two people working (who I assume were the owner and a counter employee) were standing around waiting to close. I remember when I called they said it would be ready in 5 minutes and I didn't really consider this before running to get it.
There’s simply no realistic way to make a fresh pizza, bake it properly, box it, and have the kitchen completely cleaned in that amount of time, not even in a high volume pizza shop. Something didn’t feel right. While I can’t prove it, the pizza tasted like it had been reheated rather than made fresh. Either way, the end result was disappointing.
The pizza wasn’t inedible, and I won’t say it was the worst I’ve ever had, but I expected much more. It didn’t improve after cooling, and reheating didn’t help either. At the very least, every pizza that comes out of the kitchen should be something the restaurant is proud to serve. If that standard can’t be met, it shouldn’t be served at all. It isn’t fair to the customer.
One additional note: be prepared for the tip prompts on the POS system. The cashier was very nice, but the tip solicitation for counter service detracts from the experience. For that reason, I’d rate the service a two.
Please know they changed their closing time to 9pm but did not change their Google listing.

Food was absolutely amazing!. The gentleman made us the best garlic spaghetti with fresh vegetables. Honestly, it’s probably the best garlic pasta I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. We’ll definitely order again!

Outstanding experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the young man who made my pizzas. He was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in what he was doing. You could tell real care went into the food, and it showed in every bite.

This was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve had. Florida pizza is usually not good but this was awful. No cause. Barely any cheese or toppings. Who chops peppers. The original Csnnoli Kitchen was wonderful. Good amount of cheese and toppings. It so skimpy it doesn’t even fill you up. This must be a franchise the original Cannoli Kitchen should be ashamed of I guess they are out for the franchise fee. Must not have provided any training SO DISAPPOINTING AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Man... I was soo excited to have a real.Cannoli Kitchen near my house. Every time I'm in east Boca I get a slice of cheese and a slice of Grandma's! Unfortunately it's not quite the same. Taste is a bit different. Grandma's slice is lacking in fresh mozzarella. I wonder if the pizza sauce they use is different. Either check the photos compared to the east Boca location. I'll still be making the drive out east for a slice of Grandma's.
Update: I went to try to give the Grandma's pizza another try. I order a whole pie to take home to the family. A whole pie only had 5 slices of fresh mozzerella. At least two slices with no mozzerella.
