Beautiful local spot for coffee and brunch. Chai iced tea to die for, cinnamon roll was 10/10, and the traditional shakshouka was phenomenal.

Carmela is a great coffee place and great vibes to sit and get some work done. The staff is always nice and the manager was so kind when we came in and sent the table rolls

very cute and cozy place, a nice carmela out of all of them. got the tiramisu latte and it was pretty good! only downside is that my friend and i payed about 15 dollars for one flatbread that was a very small serving size.. good though, just don't come here for a drink and a full meal, you may go bankrupt..

Absolutely amazing! Always a pleasure to have food when I'm out of town that's not the same thing I have had a million times. I had the traditional Shakshuka and a shot Affogato, it was perfect. The owner was super nice and brought us some free pan de bono that went great with the Shakshuka.

This “student” who thinks she's an influencer with fake followers is supposedly an “ambassador” for Carmela's. Ambassadors are brought in to support the business that they’re involved with, not to publicly shame or admonish the owner or the business that gives her a discount on coffee and food. Shame on her. It’s clear she doesn’t understand professionalism or has an understanding of how business works.
We absolutely love and support Carmela's, Lou and his staff are amazing.

Very unprofessional and unfair behavior from the Owner-Operator of this franchise, as he said that "..I spend too much in the coffee shop, and that I need to get out..." Never bothered to ask, how much money I spent in that store (Breakfast, Snack and Lunch), everyday.
About $50 dollars worth of food, is what I spend everytime I go to any of the Carmela coffee shops. I don't go there for free, and as far as I remember there is jurisprudence about another case (see Starbucks and consumers using the premises without being singled out and special treatment).
Meanwhile, other consumer sitting there without consuming anything at all (see the attached picture).
I wonder why the Corporate store allows Owner Operators with lack of customer service experience, and feel entitled to single out consumers that have loyalty to the brand (like my self, as I go to all the stores between Palm Beach and Broward Counties).
I have never received this type of unprofessional treatment in any other Carmela Coffee Shops.
The whole value proposition of the brand is for people that come to co-share space with other people, while consuming food from the store.
May be the Carmela Brand is not what many people thought it was.
Horrible experience, bad management and is affecting the entire brand experience. I will make sure Rafael Barretta reviews this behavior.

Carmella in Boca is a fantastic dining spot! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. I tried the Shakura, and it was delicious—rich flavors and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend this place for a great meal!

Great place but the music inside and outside is always too loud for me to take work calls.
I tried to take a work call on Microsoft Teams from the tables outside and I was told that there was a ton of background noise on my end even when I selected the option on Teams to reduce background noise.
For those who work remote, it would be super appreciated if the music outside could be turned down so I can step out to take work calls and step back in to keep working. Thanks!

Nice cool inside space with lots of seating. And loads of seating (including covered spaces) outside. Nice pastries and lots of flavor options for lattes and the like.
