The soup was really gross it tasted like salad dressing on top of the oil floating at the top ! Very misleading post on their online order !! It’s expensive too to have that disappointment, also I called to complain to see if they can change my soups and the girl hung up on me very disappointing!!!!!

I wrote a review about this place 4 years ago.. and realize that this is not the same place it once was This franchise has expanded and cut corners severely. This once used to be a place where you can get fresh juices and freshly made meals. I honestly felt like my recent bowl (which cost $28 after taxes) tastes like a microwaved meal. They no longer have anything freshly made, even the sauces and everything tastes pre-packaged. It is so disappointing - not to mention that they now charge MORE for worse quality. Will not be returning.

Always a great experience getting food from this carrot express, whether it be on uber eats or in person, great environment and employees are very efficient with getting you your order, food is delicious as well

The staff was nice and polite. The food was just okay, a little expensive for what you got. Parking spots are a pain to back out of. The overall cleanliness of the facility was unsatisfactory, so because of that we won't be returning.

First time visitor. Glad they were open at 7 am. Food was tasty, place was clean and food was prepared quickly. The main negative is that this a place where you order and pay at the counter and they impose at least 18 percent tip when paying by card. Not sure what happens if you try to pay with cash or the In Kind app or when taking out. First time encountering this tip structure. P.s. their website doesn't need their mandatory credit card tip rules in an obvious place so I suggest it should.

Very poor quality, very tiny portion with very high prices, this cost 13$!!!!!!!

This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in the city. The quality of its food is unmatched, with authentic flavors and impeccable presentations. Additionally, the service is exceptional, always attentive and friendly, making every visit a memorable experience.

The place is clean. The air conditioner was at a good level. It wasn’t frozen, it wasn’t high hot. The food was at a good temperature. And the personnel was kind and gentile. Alejandro working in the premises today was helpful and exceeded my expectations. Thank you. I like Carrot Express.
