I recently went at West Boca, and it was fantastic! The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the salmon and tuna sandwiche, which was perfect and delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The ambiance was great and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! I loved the carrot cake btw.

No one around to take my order then once they did, they walked away and no one started making the order until 5 minutes later - for context I was the only customer there and there were 5-6 staff members (talking amongst themselves). They were so lackluster and lazy even after they saw my frustration which makes it even worse. Never again.

Three strikes and you’re out! I love the food but not this location. The last three orders in a row NO salad dressing in the bag. The first was delivery so I was screwed. Last two I did pick-up, even asked the person there if dressing was in the bag. Pull all the staples and open and no dressing. Same just now, and they’re all stunned when I tell them no dressing again. I’ll go to other locations but not this one ever again.

I stopped for lunch looking for a Legal Wrap with Crispy chicken which they said they will charge me “extra” and I was Ok. Have this useless spanish waitress 18% in tip to find out in my house that she gave me a total different wrap.
