Unsanitary, flavors frosted over with ice, flavors completely mixed with eachother. literally a pile of soft serve vanilla in a scoop ice cream. she wore no gloves and touched the ice cream under her finger nails as she was scooping it. smelled like body odor in there, and the cleaning supplies were falling out of the closet.

First and last time at this location. Placed an online order and went to go grab it from the shelf as the email receipt says to do, worker there started screaming at me for my receipt repeatedly, rushing me to hurry and look it up in my phone. I had just worked a 10 hour shift and was going to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday with him and this cake was a surprise, so I didn’t expect to be yelled at over a paid for cake. Don’t tell customers to pick their items up that they’ve paid for if the workers are going to yell at you about it 🤨. Go to the glares and Lyons location at least they are nice there!

Totally gone down hill as of late. This place really needs to get a grip. Completely unsanitary. It’s a mess inside. Witnessed one of the workers wipe snot off her nose with her hand and then proceeded to serve ice cream.

We found a long hair in our saucer (ice cream sandwich) while my husband was eating. We’re long time customers and usually never have a problem except for an employee charging us extra for a pack of saucers only for us to find out the price never went up. Then we find a longgg hair in the middle of a saucer. It was disgusting. I already emailed customer service and I’ve heard nothing back from them.

We waited 20 minutes to order while the girl with braids just stood there fixing the sprinkles. She would look at us and continue to fix sprinkles. Finally, a guy came out to take our order. While he was taking our order, he rudely went over to ring a customer while a bunch of other workers were in the back chatting. AGAIN, waited patiently. We finally ordered icecream from the tubs, then looked for a place to sit. All the tables and chairs were DIRTY with crumbs and melted icecream, so we left to eat outside. Our icecream tasted so BAD like OLD FREEZER BURN. Who knows how many times they've left those tubs out or cleaned their machines. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OLD ICE CREAM. First and last time I go to this DIRTY CARVEL.

This Carvel chain restaurant has hard & soft serve ice cream, which you order at a counter. Their website says, "Everything is made fresh." We chose to order kiddie size scooped hard ice cream, which was delicious. My husband LOVED the Cold Brew Coffee flavor! As this casual Carvel is located in the North Dixie Fitness Plaza, there's plenty of parking. Since we no longer have a Carvel in our area (i.e., out-of- state), this was a treat.
