Omg the oatly strawberry is amazing. Service was friendly and place was clean. Bathroom was clean but had a terrible pungent smell not sure why as it was clean looking:

I normally go to this place with my kids, because this is the best ice cream ever, and the service is good, especially the twins (they not there anymore) but I notice the floor, all table and the bar table is complete dirty very dirty. And is very disgusting to see that.
Not sure what the disconnect is here at this place. Ordered a strawberry sundae 2 times. One on door dash and a few weeks later, one with Uber eats.The first time it showed up looking like it was a plain vanilla ice cream cup. No strawberries or crunchies in it.The second time, last night, it showed up with crunchies, caramel instead of marshmallow, and no strawberries.Still trying to figure all of this out. I guess it’s pretty hard to make a 3 ingredient ice cream cup at this place.Won’t return and will be notifying corporate.

Historically I'm not a Carvel fan, yet I was here last weekend and it was delicious. Service was great, the Carvel perfect, and all in all it was the best closer of the evening. Bravo Carvel

This location is under new ownership and you can tell as soon as you walk in. When you walked in before it was sold everything was clean and there was never anything on the floor. When we recently walked in tables and counters were dirty as well as the floor. We decided to go somewhere else. If what you can visually see is dirty we wondered what the inside of the soft serve machines looked like.
