This location is absolutely AMAZING!!! Don't let their long lines discourage you because they move FAST!!! All of the employees are so kind and patient! They offer ice cream deals Monday through Friday and you can't beat their prices with or without the deals! Also, they have plenty of cakes that are made in house. You can't compare carvel cakes from walmart, winn dixie, etc to this stores. They are just superb!

They really do have the best ice cream here and the people who work here are generally pretty nice. My complaint about this place is that it's always very dirty and there's not a lot of seating so you have to end up wiping down your own seats. That said, I would keep coming back because the food really is the best ice cream ever.

We visit this Carvel whenever we are in Boca since it is Kosher. The ice cream is always amazing and tastes no different than the non kosher versions I grew up with before I started keeping kosher later in life. It was super hot today so the place was was busy. The service was actually pretty good considering the long line. Seems the place remodeled since we last came and it seems for the worse. They no longer have a bathroom. My wife had to wander around the other stores to find one. I cant remember if seating was better before but there was no were to sit as they only have 2 small tables and they were full. This was a bit of a damper for my family, but thankfully the ice cream was so good we didnt mind it too much. I also liked the BOGO Wed deal they had, that is something I dont recall seeing in the past. Overall loved the ice cream soft serve and shakes, dislike the remodel of the store.
