On Wednesday around 5:30 I went to the store. The guy in front of me was asked three different times by the same employee, “do you want a cherry”? Same answer each time. I’m next…I will have this flavor with this topping. Two seconds later, what flavor did you want? After that, forgot I even asked for a topping. And when I said something, her friend and employee started mocking me for her not paying attention. Typical crap and I guess what we have gotten used to!

Last cake I ever buy from this place! $27 for an ice cream cake that’s more like a cookie crumb stuffed cake. Everyone at the party was just so disappointed.

Tried to order delivery but it was cancelled last minute by the store, with more than an hour left to close and no additional information. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I won’t be getting anything from this carvel or any other in the future. No wonder there are so few left.

Vanilla soft serve topped with sliced bananas - excellent.
This location is absolutely AMAZING!!! Don't let their long lines discourage you because they move FAST!!! All of the employees are so kind and patient! They offer ice cream deals Monday through Friday and you can't beat their prices with or without the deals! Also, they have plenty of cakes that are made in house. You can't compare carvel cakes from walmart, winn dixie, etc to this stores. They are just superb!

They really do have the best ice cream here and the people who work here are generally pretty nice. My complaint about this place is that it's always very dirty and there's not a lot of seating so you have to end up wiping down your own seats. That said, I would keep coming back because the food really is the best ice cream ever.
