I wanted to share some feedback from my visit today. I come to this location often, and I usually have an amazing experience, the customer service is honestly why it’s one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, today the employee, “Ana”, who took my order was very rude and dismissive, which really surprised me because that’s not what I’m used to here.

This is by far the best ChikFila location in Boca. The workers are always kind. The fries are always cooked perfectly withe the best crunchy-soft ratio. One worker especially- Joey- is the sweetest thing and I always try to go during his shift as he has such a welcoming personality.
