I’ve been going to chick fil an every week and every time I step in I feel really welcomed to every server. I really enjoyed yesterday night being served by Calem and Korey! They were great and really polite and I had a great customer service experience.

Placed a mobile order at 10:25, got there at 10:31, and they cancelled my breakfast order because the “kitchen hard stops breakfast at 10:30”. I LITERALLY walked in the door at 10:31. They even got my order confirmation and I received a receipt.

The $6-7 chicken sandwich had barely any chicken, and it was overcooked and didn't really taste like anything. The ice cream also tastes like water. Which weirdly was enjoyable, but the mcdonald's one is better. Also this one is really crowded chaotic and hectic with a lot of teenagers.

This might just be my favorite fast food spot right after Taco Bell! The chicken sandwiches hit every time, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Their fries? Always hot and seasoned just right. The drinks are refreshing and the perfect sidekick to the meal. I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A, no doubt about it!

Omg I never thought that I would ever see a bunch of unhappy rude workers. They have just ruined Chick-fil-A legacy for having great and excited workers. Never seen nothing like this at the other chick places. The Hr there doesn't know who to hire.
The drive thru line is closed at Boca Raton store (9536 Glades Road).
I tried to enter to the dine in and the door was open but a very bad server just said me to get out of the restaurant saying “it’s 10pm”, and I showed her the clock in my cellphone, she said again, “I don’t care, the kitchen is closed”.
It was the worst experience ever, there was more than 10 customers inside, kitchen was open but she said again “go ahead and give us a bad review “.
Totally disrespectful and disgusting.
You just lost an old and faithful customer.

Staff does not pay attention to Uber orders, lets random people take the order without verifying that they are giving the correct order to the correct person. Tells uber drivers someone else took it and they can’t remake the order to fix their mistake of giving it to the wrong person.
