First time here. Ordered the soft shell crab which was expensive and it came way to fried. Deep fried not fried in a skillet which would have been a better taste, Also ordered a meat dish which was tasty and a good portion size. After finishing our meal we noticed the group next to us got up and had a dog with them sitting under the table the entire time we were eating. That was gross and I'm sure he was not really a service dog. Then upon leaving we noticed a guy in the hallway to the kitchen standing in in socks with holes and sandals while he chopped up a duck right there in plain site. I mean really!!!! Then the aquarium that had the lobster and crab was disgusting with yellow water. NEVER will eat here again.!!!

Best Asian food in the area. Friendly and well -intentioned but staff seems overwhelmed sometimes. The good part is the food tastes great. When it comes out.

We had a 7pm reservation No parking in the lot 39 people waiting to be acknowledged by anyone Of the staff. Wecwaited until 8 pm and left after asking people at a table how wsy their meal They responded. They arrived at 4:30 and just got the food

Resturant triple booked for Christmas day dinner. Reservations ran 1 1/2 hours late. I sat at the bar, received one appetizer never received our meal. And watch the bartender wash his face in the sink at the bar blow his nose. Or without a glove hand. And then pour a drink for a patron.

We didn't get to dine there on Christmas Day. Arrived at 545p, our reservation was for 6p and there was a long line with no hostess. People had been waiting a long time to talk to anyone about their reservation!! I know it was Christmas but it happens every year and they should have been prepared!!! Very very disappointed ! Will not be going back ever!!!

We didn't get to eat @ Chili Crab! We arrived at 5:50pm for our 6:00pm reservation and there was a 45 minute wait to just check in w/a reservation. All in front us also had a reservation. Total and complete chaos! It's difficult to support an establishment that doesn't honor reservations and is so disrespectful of others time. We won't be back....

Honestly, while i loved it, and will go back, they overbooked for xmas, short staffed, wasn't even asking if people had reservations, they were just overwhelmed.... Fabulous food...fresh fresh fried rice...peking duck...even my favorite scallion pancakes (you don't find that at every chinese spot)...

Unfortunately it was Christmas Day. Limited menu. I'm allergic to shellfish and I don't like spicy food. It was over booked and very crowded. We were there for 2 hours and only received our appetizers. We took our entrees to go. It was very disturbing to see patrons being verbally abusive towards the wait staff. People should be more understanding of unforeseen circumstances.

Never go there on a holiday. This was our second year on Christmas. They can't handle that many people. Plus we had a torrent of flies attack our food when it came. I insisted on moving inside, no one would help us. We just did it all ourselves. Plus we paid 400 plus tip!! We're the idiots.

First time dining at Chili Crab but it certainly won't be the last. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner highlighted by the Peking duck and the chicken basil fried rice. The flavors and the preparation were outstanding. We look forward to return to try one of the crab house specialties. It was nice to meet and chat with Alan, the owner of the restaurant, who was very informative and obviously very proud of his establishment.
