I wanted to try this place out, but I drove by twice in a month, they were closed. However, this place seems to be doing new renovations. Passed by and they had a hiring sign. Then looked online, seems they’re rebranding to YGF Malatang, opening September 10.

Great northern Chinese bbq inside a pho place, must ask for the menu and order all your skewers at the same time, my fave was the beef tendon, they also have amazing regular Chinese food, ordered way too much and the prize wa inexpensive.

It's been about 8 years since I first reviewed Pho 75. It has been through one or two ownership/management changes since then, but the quality remains the same: outstanding! I always order the pho with beef brisket and eye round rare steak along with the grilled pork bahn mi. I've never had better pho and bahn mi anywhere else.
