Good ingredients but tasteless. Like white people from internet memes kind of flavorless (I am white). I’ve never needed to salt my Chinese food before. It was fresh and hot and clearly is what people who frequent the place want based on reviews. I am just not those people I guess. Egg roll was great. Everything else I had to either make sauce for or add salt to. Lots of veggies in the lo mein and good noodles. Just lacking in flavor. Boneless ribs were watery tasting.
So if you’re like me, just think of it as food that’s mostly been prepped for you?

Do not order from this place. I ordered Roasted pork egg foo young and 15 shrimp. The egg foo young was burned and the shrimp was stuck to the Styrofoam and had to throw 8 of my 15 shrimp away because of Styrofoam being stuck on them.

I’m picky about food in general, but especially about Chinese food, and because of that I don’t order out often (Chinese), and find that when I do I am often disappointed. This was my first time ordering from China Spring II and to my surprise, I was very pleased with my order. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were more than adequate. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. The Fried Rice actually looked and tasted like what I am accustomed to with New York Chinese food, and not what I’ve seen in some restaurants here in Florida - yellow rice with soy sauce and whatever protein is added. I also ordered 2 shrimp dishes and surprise again. The amount of shrimp was proportional to the size of each dish. I will definitely order again from China Spring II.
