Wicked long line because workers are hanging out in the back in front of customers, staff on speakerphone with gf while people are waiting for messed up orders fixed.
Was charged for chips and guac and never got the guac.
Instead of driving back to the store I tried to get my money back with the online customer service rep and they denied me a refund.
Terrible that theyd treat their loyal customers like this.
Food has also taken a hit in quality lately, rice is under cooked, chips are always stale, fajitas veggies look like my 5 year old chopped them and the counter where they serve the food is always a mess.

They are still being cheap and stingy with their protein servings....when you find yourself consistently arguing with the person serving you to give you a little more chicken??? Its time to stop eating here. They announced prices are going up. Im done with chipotle.

Today 2.5.2026 at 2:00pm the two young guys working the line and register really made me say “wow this place has changed” . I hope they get recognized for their great work. The experience/service was fast, friendly, and enjoyable. I also visited this place for lunch on 2.4.2026 and the line was being attended by about 6 people. This was the fastest lunch rush I’ve ever seen because there were so many hands. This location has really turned itself around over the last couple of days. I hope it continues!
I love it! This is the only Chipotle around that I will go to. I only recently learned that it was the closest but they are everywhere around here with multiple in every city and I love chipotle, but something about the restaurants and cleanliness which hasn't been great from my experience, but it just takes a little extra effort or follow your job requirements, but this location is always nice and tidy and even if they're not constantly going around sweeping and cleaning off tables, it seems to me like they have a system where people take turns and if you're not doing something or it needs to be cleaned or Garbage needs to be emptied then someone jumps in and does it but however it's initiated, I've never had to stuff my garbage into a overflowing garbage pail and who wants to eat at a restaurant that they don't ever have a clean table cuz no one comes around it's like they just think someone else is going to come in and mess it again so why even wipe it down and until I went to this location for the first time, I had been only ordering for takeout at the other local locations, but when I thought this wasn't the closest, it's the one I would go to even if I lived next to one of the others. Don't forget to tip the workers if you can, even though they're on the line, they're doing a lot to keep it all together and if you're getting this location and never been to one of the other ones, trust me you are better off
The only reason I gave four stars instead of five overall is because I wish they had more variety of meat on the menu that wasn't spicy and every time they come out with something new that I love, eventually it leaves🤣

Uncooked rice... are you kidding me? You guy's really can't cook rice.. its sad. Its been almost 5 times and still yall dont know. Instead of speed, work on tasting if the rice is cooked all the way instead of throwing it on the line for 100s of costumes to eat. Chipotle is to be forgotten. Never going back.

I came into this Chipotle around 10:30 PM. There were five people waiting in line and one online order, yet the cashier was standing idle. During this time, I noticed the manager look toward the front but never step in to help manage the line.
Eventually, a young employee came out to assist, but another employee who had been on the line decided to start cleaning instead of helping customers. All of the rice and beans were removed and placed on the back counter while people were still waiting. The food was left sitting out and getting cold, which is a serious food safety concern.
While cleaning, dirty water was pushed toward uncovered food. There was no manager on the line supervising or correcting this.
When it was finally our turn to order, the store was completely out of chicken by 11 PM, while three to four online orders were still waiting to be completed.
I visit this location twice a week, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I know my individual business may not make a difference, but I hope someone reading this can see what is going on here and take the necessary steps to fix it.

November 10th Monday, came 45 min before closing, they said they don’t have no chicken, no steak, only one meat option left. Huh? If you open until 12, you got all the toppings, until 12…Been to so many Chipotles at around the same time, NEVER has this happened. Lazy shift, just sad.

absolutely zero customer engagement when it came in the door employees looking at me like I’m a criminal. I had a pick up order which was started 10 minutes later than it was supposed to cashier was clueless at least six employees behind the line. Totally unacceptable customer service in this day and age. ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY behind the line.

Uber Eats from this store - I received my order, and unfortunately the guacamole arrived spoiled and brown. It was completely inedible, brown , spoiled , and as a result I can’t eat any of the food. I’ve never experienced a quality issue like this with your store before.

Maybe avoid coming on Saturday afternoon—three staff members stood behind the counter chatting and staring instead of helping to (obviously) new guy, and the host/cashier rolled her eyes when I asked for my receipt.
She refused to give us her name (Mia on receipt)
Our bill for two people was about the same as we normally pay for four.

I came to Chipotle and there’s an employee named Cindy (I only found out her name through another staff member because she wouldn’t share it herself). She is extremely rude and arrogant, always tossing the food into the bowl as if we’re forcing her to serve us. She shows no patience and clearly doesn’t know how to work with the public.
That said, the rest of the staff are polite and professional, and they often apologize for her behavior and lack of courtesy.
