The people that work at this location can be very rude with their tone. I was speaking to the lady to order a side of queso with my chips and she ignored me. She took her gloves off to go, probably use the restroom and the lady at the register asked me if I wanted anything else. I told her I wanted chips and queso and then told me that I should’ve told the lady that had the gloves on to grab me some but because she ignored me and took her gloves off she was trying to indicate that it was my fault because she couldn’t hear me and I said excuse me to the lady two or three times and she did not respond to me, even though she was right in front of me I do not like the atmosphere of this location because it is really aggravating and it makes me not want to come here ever again.

Wonderful extension of the chain, had decent prices, kind staff, and delicious food. Me and my mom came to enjoy a lunch and we were not disappointed, thoroughly eating our bowl or burrito. The price was also decent and for a chain, contained wonderful staff with my only grievous being dirty tables. If you’re in the area and looking for spicy and delicious Mexican food this is your spot.

Do NOT GO HERE!!! They serve the WORST FOOD that made me Sick All Night!!!! I got a Steak burrito and that fake meat was so Horrible, Dry, and CHEWY it has to be Horse Meat!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I was sooo Nauseaus after eating it and Dry Heaving THROWING UP All Night!!!! This is why NOBODY goes to Chipotle and their Stock Dropped -20% this week because NOBODY wants to eat their GARBAGE NASTY Food!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 They try to Rip Off their customers by selling them OVERPRICED Garbage food that makes them Sick!!! I am still Sick and Dry Heaving Vomiting 16 Hours Later!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!
Management must train professional and proficient staff at this location. The food tastes good. The front of the store is clean, and staff activity cleaning while you’re there in the store.
The food temperature is good and the food actually tastes good. Not all of the food is good at all of the Chipotle locations.
I strongly recommend this location.

I had a terrible experience today 10/21/2025 when I went to the CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL restaurant, an establishment I frequent daily, as some employees see me frequently! But today I was very poorly served, 1. I almost had to beg the girl to put more food in, and it seemed like she was making lunch for a child 🤷🏻♂️ and as if rushing me wasn't enough, it was already finished all the time, even though there are several ingredients that are offered! And the icing on the cake was in a mocking tone after I asked for cheese and lettuce, as I don't know fluent English, I'm learning, she and 2 other employee friends started laughing in my face as if I had said something funny, I just wanted to have dinner 🙄 and the guys were making fun of me for not having perfect English! I found it unprofessional and disrespectful, instead of treating customers who pay your salaries well, because each one who stops buying, you will lose your job! Value the people who contribute in some way to your life! It's not funny to laugh at people who are trying to show respect and consideration for your country, speak your language, have a little empathy and respect for others, because if you came to my country, you would be very welcome and treated with great respect and affection, you would never be treated with mockery and jokes! Think about it: WE ARE ALL THE SAME, THAT CHANGES, AND ONLY ONE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY WHERE YOU WERE BORN, BUT IN A FEW YEARS WE WILL ALL GO TO THE SAME DESTINATION UNDER THE EARTH WHERE THERE IS NO COLOR, RACE, BELIEF. The end of life is the same for everyone, so respect your neighbor. 🫡

Very messy and dirty food service counter. Most containers empty or with little content. Distracted servers looking up and down, left and right, know nothing about menu. The highly advertised Carne Asada is one scoop, tough, overly salted, with wilted, off color lettuce. If you want even a little more beef or guacamole, it's extra. The prices are very high and the meal is not worth it!

The service is not good they were so rude to me. I also told her to have a great day and the cashier also rolled her eyes at me. 0/5 for the workers they need to hire different people.
