Just left here at 11:10am February 7th the lady at the register with the blonde/gold bob was so nasty and rude she needs to find another job because customer service is not for her..The food was terrible the rice was not done steak was chewy one of the worst locations I have ever been to 🤢🤢

My wife tried the QUESADILLA, cheese in a Flour Tortilla with your choice of meat, sofritas or fajita veggies and three included sides. Just OK.
I ordered the BURRITO BOWL, choice of freshly grilled meat or sofritas served in a delicious bowl with rice, beans, or fajita veggies, and topped with guac, salsa, queso blanco, sour cream or cheese. I chose their special, smoked brisket. Just fair.

Ordered via app. Ordered 3 bowls. Only 2 arrive. Chipotles driver told me to call the store and tell them they messed up and that they would send the third bowl. I called the restaurant and the computer told me they could not answer the phone. I chatted with their online bot and it refunded me.
Then, I open one of the bowls with supposedly double chicken, and there isn’t even enough chicken to cover the rice. There is only cheese on half the bowl.
So essentially, they are pathetic. If you must eat there, go in person so you can stare them down and force them to actually give you the toppings you paid for.

Not 5 stars because they're still providing paper straws. They've already proven to cause cancer and even if they didn't they suck up my entire drink. Won't be buying drinks until we get the plastic straws again.
If you are thinking about placing an online order, think again. They're still skimping on the portion sizes, at least for proteins. I ordered the brisket, and they set a new personal record for the smallest serving of protein that I've ever been served at a Chipotle. Further adding to the insult, the rice in my bowl today was hard and crunchy. I'm once again disappointed but not surprised.

We were 5 people with children, I ordered last and The person that served my food was in a total rush, sort of aggressive. I ended up paying for 4 of us and I went to chick fil A and grabbed a sandwich for me. This Never happened before, I usually go to chipotle a lot. I think customers deserve to be served politely even when you are busy. Is the quality that makes this place good. People can wait for good quality but people will go away if served sloppily
Very dirty, lot of item runs out all the time and one of the worker (girl with eyeglasses) with atitudes...update...(11/30/24) Today I asked for the smoke brisket...brisket needs to be cooked for long hours to be good, not the case here, meat was very chewy
