It was our anniversary and the entire staff made it a wonderful experience. From the time we came in we were made to feel welcome and special. We could not have asked for more.

Nico at the front door set the tone with a smiling face. Our server knew the menu and recommended the genuine A5 Wagyu steak which was so tender and flavorful. The Chef prepared it to the perfect temperature. Their Sommelier Marcell was extremely knowledgeable and lead us to the perfect red Burgundy Grand CRU. Over all I'm going back as often as possible.

Great Chilean sea bass, bone-in rib eye and NY strip steak. Chopped salad was delicious and large. Waiter was excellent. Birthday celebration for my husband. He loved it! Thank you for the best banana cream pie I've ever had!

Birthday celebration for 6. 2 of the filets came out overcooked. Medium rare looked more like medium well. To be fair, they removed from the bill. Flash fried lobster tail was great.

The service was not great. Seemed very preoccupied. Water had bug in it. Drink from bar had a hair in it. Both were replaced quickly and obviously at no charge for the cocktail. Steaks were very good cooked as we ordered no issue. We did however order the 8 oz lobster tail with the steak. The one on my plate maybe was 4 oz if that. My sister ordered as well hers was a nice size. He tried to tell me they shrink which would have been ok if it was even close it WAS NOT! Replaced it a bit of a wait and then it came out burnt - manager came over I was done at that point we did not have dessert. Would I go back ? Probably not - can have a better meal at many other places.

Steak was under cooked, blue! Order medium rare. When brought back to table it looked grey. The was lots of tough bits. Not a good steak.

We are long time diners at chops. Most of the time our experiences have been great. Last night, not so much! The place was empty when we arrived. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive but my meal was burnt. I had to cutoff the ends off my steak because they were too burnt to eat. My lobster tail the same way. Besides that, I ended up on the toilet later in the night. It will be awhile before we return if ever!

The food is good, steak was perfectly medium, lobster was cooked nicely. Good solid meal nothing wow but good. The only complaint is the cappuccino, it was bad and I know it's hot as hell outside but I like my after dinner coffee with my dessert (the bread pudding is the star of the meal btw) it tasted like it had been brewed hours ago and the whole restaurant is made to share 1 k-cup.
