Great menu. Food was excellent! Smoked fish dip as appetizer could be a whole meal. Sole was great, shrimp delicious. Somewhat noisy, but they had a section of the restaurant that was quieter. Service was outstanding - Daniel was our server and he was great. Will definitely return.

Service was horrible. Our waitress was wonderful. How can these two both be true? Because the waitress takes the order and talks to the customers. Our waitress was very nice and offered explanations of everything we ordered. Unfortunately she also had to apologize often for the kitchen's mistakes. It was a Monday night, out of season. Relatively empty on big popular restaurant standards. Lots of waiters and busboys mingling around with little to do. So, nothing should go wrong with service, right? No. First the salad order, a simple half wedge salad cut in half to be shared by to people came out almost 25 minutes after we ordered it. And, they brought the two halves and another full salad. Then after almost an hour came the main course. A lobster tail ordered broiled came out fried. It was accompanied by super spicy potato chips that no one ordered or was prepared for when we bit into them! The problems all came from within the kitchen. BTW, lots of managers standing around. None came to our table and apparently they were too busy to supervise the kitchen. Place used to be fantastic. Its a kitchen management issue.

We are somewhat local and once every few months we.go to a hotel to get away for a weekend. Sometimes local, sometimes a few hours drive. We love the hilton and more we love.the city fish market. It is one of the few restaurants that truly knows service and food in South Florida. Love the white coats...we sat in the bar even though we had a reservation. Even with the best one man band, ambience was superb and noise level very tolerable for conversation Food was outstanding and service matched it. We will be back whether we are at the Hilton or not...thank you for a great meal. Many can learn from how you do it
We went on a Monday night. Excellent service from beginning to end. Prices overall are reasonable. The food is excellent with decent portion sizes. Will definitely go back again and again!

Everyone very happy with our server, all employees as well as the level of attention —- food was wonderful, bread at table delicious and we were even given Matzo when requested. Top Quality in everything important to diners who, here in Boca, have many choices.

The restaurant has a pleasant situation especially if you enjoy a patio that is waterside. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fish and the Pessimist red wine picked from a fine selection on a day that generously reduced prices by 50%. What left a “ bad” taste in our mouth was the lack of helpfulness. I paid with cash and needed a bill changed. Instead of obvious assistance I was told to get up and walk to the front entrance and ask Valet for change. In my opinion NO guest should be treated this way.

I ordered the seafood newburg. To my surprise it was in a red sauce. It was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the flounder which was prepared perfectly and delicious. Our waiter was very informative. We sat downstairs in the back next to the lake. It was a bit noisy but the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely go back.

The entertainment in the bar area was deafening! Caesar salad was a generous serving, crisp & delicious! Shrimp in stuffed flounder was overcooked & tough. Otherwise dinner was good.

Maria, the hostess, was so cordial and sweet! She took us to our requested table, and wished us a nice evening! The halibut was excellent, as was the fried shrimp and fries. Zachary, our waiter, was quite accommodating, and had the restaurant raise the a/c, because we were freezing. He took our orders, and was very attentive! We had a wonderful experience!

We did the three course meal. The oysters were not fresh and not shucked well.. we had to disconnect the neck. Our entrees were over cooked and over sauced..my seafood that was swimming in sauce was cooked good but my husbands baked shrimp and flounder was grossly over cooked, dry and rubbery. The key lime pie was good all be it too thick of a crust.. the look and feel was amazing the staff could have a little more training on things like filling water or asking if you want another drink.. this place seems to cater to older crowd.
Waiters nice and efficient. We reserved a table for outside sitting. Waited a few minutes for that table to be dressed. Got stuck at a table for 4 between 2 huge occupied tables with at least 12 people on each side, kids bored and running around. The noise level was out of this world. The patio felt cramped and tight and not inviting. We moved to the inside. Sat by the window. Noise level was crazy. Couldn't hear the waitress talking about the specials. Mind you it's just a random Wednesday night. Once some tables left it got nicer. Service was good. Maybe ok for a fun birthday but certainly not an intimate place.

Always wanted to try this place and went there tonight. Place is packed and I'm not sure why. Our server, Raphael, seemed unfriendly to start and it went downhill from there. The calamari was awful. Warm. Small portion. Rubbery. The white sauce was gross. Clams casino were also terrible. Others had soup that looked weird but I didn't try it. My Hong Kong style fish was bland and and came with cold rice but thankfully the bass was good. Others had the whole fish which was dry but the sauce helped. Took a few tries to get water refilled and soda that was ordered took forever. Oh well. Live and learn.

We have been a patron for many years and the food is always "top notch". This visit we had Hannah as our server and she nudged our visit even higher with her attentive service.

Four people. Two had lobster that was very good. Others had different fish that was fair to poor. Service was not as attentive as we would expect from a high end restaurant. Ambiance was great as usual.

From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised how nice this restaurant was. I can't begin to say how professional the service was. Even nice to see the complete changing of the silverware, after the appetizers. All of us were pleased with our very delicious meals. Between the scallops, salmon, and crabcakes, everyone was happy! Very good value as well for what we ordered. We look forward to returning soon!!
