Placed a mobile order, walked in and there was one person working. She greeted us but continued to do what she was doing, the next employee came out, seemed confused from the start, took forever and got our order wrong. The 3rd employee came out and took over our order. The cookies were just okay, not worth the extended wait.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order with Crumbl Cookies Boca Raton (2200 Glades Rd, Ste 508) for delivery on September 20, 2025. It was for a birthday party three sets of 24 cookies. What I got was completely unacceptable. One of the cookie varieties was totally wrong. Two entire sets were stale. That was bad enough, but the customer service was even worse. I immediately called and left a message no one ever got back to me. I called again Monday and finally reached someone who was unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly not trained. She told me to call back the next day when the manager was in, took my number, and promised a call that never came. When I called back the next day, I was told “the system was down” and someone would call me later that day. Guess what? No call. When I tried again, I got the same woman who now suddenly claimed she was the manager (after saying previously she wasn’t). She read “notes” that were completely wrong, refused to let me clarify, talked over me, and then HUNG UP on me. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did I get the wrong and stale order for an important event, but every attempt I made to resolve it was brushed off, mishandled, or flat-out ignored. If this is the type of person Crumbl considers “management,” it’s shameful. Save yourself the headache and do not order from this location. Order #5VDKC8lQ8T Boca Raton, FL

I went here today because I really liked one of the cookies I got from another location and I happened to be close to this store. I was literally SO shocked that my cookie was so different so I brought it back and they remade it the exact same. The second picture is the cookie from another location I had from the day before side by side with the cookie they gave me. I wish I had a picture of it before hand to show the worker that I’m not crazy. I brought it back twice and went in a third time to ask what can be done. This is not the same cookie.
