Waitress obviously new, had to ask for silverware and napkins 3 times ordered coffee which was delivered cold and no spoon or napkins,brings my meal out before the person and I where with food was ready, then in middle of my meal she asked to close out my tab because she was going home and had to ask her 3 times for a to go box, then my 20% off coupon didn't work but because it was a holiday I felt bad because maybe she was new or tired and left a good tip

Denny’s is missing the mark through terrible advertising. Denny’s menu surpasses many of it’s competitors but their marketing department is the pits. I enjoy my meal every time I eat at Denny’s. Crystal at the Boca Raton store provides an exemplary customer service experience.

Great food, great service, friendly staff, and always consistent. The kids love it, and it's affordable. The atmosphere is calm, pleasant, family-friendly, warm and very welcoming. Not every Denny's is like this one, as the staff here are especially kind and friendly. Having a non-verbal, disabled, 9 year old son, who has the mind of a 3 year old, as well as the brilliance of a savant in certain areas, it's a constant challenge to take both my 7 and 9 year old children on outings , alone, by myself and without any help of another person. The staff here are always compassionate and accommodating to my son, as well as our unique, special-needs family--a quality we rarely recieve, in general, during public outings. Because of this, I'm actually leaving a review--something I rarely, if ever, do. 5🌟 all the way!
