I stopped in at this restaurant just to use the bathroom and thought I would buy something to be fair. I grabbed a few containers of soup, and it turns out that the soups are amazing! I have so many stashed in my freezer now! You must try their chicken soup and their lentil soup is so good, five star flavor!
This little restaurant is a hidden gem! If you are looking for tradicional Venezuelan flavors, this will not disappoint. We wanted to try their arepas and we ordered the Reina Pepiada and La Morena (roast beef pot roast like / asado negro). Both arepas were freshly made and the stuffings were so so good. The asado negro with queso guayanes combo was on point. We also ordered fresh juices, tamarindo and mora! They were perfect! We also tried their tequeños and they were crispy...
We shared the Dona arepa mix (appetizer sampler), and the vegetarian patacon, beef arepa, and beef cachapa. Everything was amazing! The sizes of each dish were very generous. Loved the variety of sauces as well. We plan on visiting again!
