I ordered on Uber Eats the bag was not sealed and my name not on bag so I ended up with an incorrect order. I let Uber Eats know and they refunded. I called the store to let them know and didn’t want anything from them just to inform that they were not practicing the proper delivery procedures. The manager this afternoon 2/2 was extremely rude and spoke over me and told me he could not seal a plastic bag?? They don’t have a stapler? Also, no name or receipt how can they be sure the customer gets the correct order. BTW, the food they sent was quite unappealing!!!!! Won’t make that mistake again!!

I placed an order online for a 4:45 pick up. I got confirmation that my order would be ready between 4:45pm and 4:55pm. I picked it up at exactly 4:45 PM. When I got home, the pizza was Cold, and dried out. I paid $60 for one dinner and a pizza. The manager said there’s nothing he could do. 🤷♂️.I strongly recommend you don’t order online.

Our waitress was nice. Food was pretty good. My only pet peave is when they nickel and dime you for every single change you make. Being charged $9 to change a salad , and a sauce on 2 pasta side dishes, then also being charged over $12 instead of the $9.50 they usually charge for 2 meatballs or 2 sausages because we asked for 1 of each. While the food was good I do not feel all the over charges were necessary.

Kid-friendliness: We love dining at Dominic's II because the restaurant offers something for everyone in a relaxed, unpretentious, environment. They will cater to the special needs of their customers like creating a special slice of pizza (in an entire pie) for my daughter who only eats cheese and pepperoni! But they also have a great wine list and sophisticated selections for more refined palates. Finally, their prices are reasonable which we appreciate as a budget-conscious family. I wish there were more restaurants like this in Boca!
everytime i go the employees are really funny and fun and you feel happier in their then coming oit to real society where you never know what you will get in this town
the gluten free pasta and ala vodka is expensive from an avg standpoint take out but one of those can feed the whole family/ too bad for the kids because there missing out/ its what i ate everyday when i was pregnant. the gluten free pizza is amazing and more affordable and filling and the crust isn't nearly as flimsy as other competitors. so fresh and crunchy the right amount of sauce to cheeee ration. they have rly fresh vegetables.

I had dinner at Dominic's II with a large group and left feeling disappointed. My wife uses a wheelchair and the staff did not take initiative to help her seat herself, so myself and a friend moved tables to make space for her. I had a chicken ceasar salad and some of my chicken was small and burnt and almost inedible. My friend asked to substitute brocolli for his side and the server said she could for an "upcharge" only to find out when we got the bill they charged him $9 for a side of brocolli, which was not seasoned and not tasty at all. We raised our concern to the server and she shrugged and said "that's what we do here." It felt wrong. I think you can find better food at a better price elsewhere.

I found this place after watching Dave Portnoy's review on the One Bite app. Dave chose this place over Brooklyn Boys so I gave them a shot. I had Dominic's cater a large birthday party for my daughter and friends and it went perfectly. The food was hot, fresh, on time, and DELICIOUS. All of the guests kept asking me "where is this from....this is so good". The manager and the phone attendant were friendly and accurate. Looking forward to many more events.

I usually go to the one in boyton. Right by jog and hypoluxo. I was surprised to find out this one is close to my home and all of the restaurants are family owned. Just visited the boca location. Everything was excellent. The pizza was great. And chicken franchese was outstanding. Service was great. Restaurant makes you feel like your in Italy. Will definately return. Have to support the Mom and Pop restaurants.
The food was really good, and my son loved it when we went there together, and the management people who work there are excellent and very kind. My one complaint is that the facilities could be a little bit more updated and cleaner and I hate it when I can smell things in a restaurant that are not purely food related.

One of the best pizzas out here in boca. Ordered veggie pan pizza with ham. It was awsome, veggies are thick cut and fresh and lot of them. A+. Plus if you ever order anything there, Aracini is one thing you must have. It has a right amount of filling for amount of rice in the ball. Also if you want to order the delivery, do it with them directly and not uber eats. With uber eats you end up paying 20$+ for delivery while driver gets peanuts. Rather pay directly to driver,more money for everyone that way.

My rebuttal to owner response is although I ordered through doordash the food was prepared by your restaurant and the quality was not there including the fact the box was not properly sealed.
