We order here regularly and all we get is lateness and attitude

Yesterday was the icing on the cake

Ordered with the call center at 7.35 given a confirmed delivery time of 8.11 to 8.21 pm

Got an automated message at 8.02 “Laura is on the way”

Thought the tide had turned

8.25 no pizza, called the store told 10-15 mins

Called back to the store at 8.40

Says another 4 minutes and slammed the phone down

Called back to speak to the manager and the person that answered identified as the manager and he was rude and obnoxious

He said “ we already told you 4 mins” I told him that’s not the point your colleague slammed the phone

He said I’m going to refund you and your banned to order

Disrespectful bunch of lunatics

First time and my last time order from this Location
He left at 2:34pm the dominos location it took more than 1 hours . I was closer 3.2 miles to be the first delivery , But he went to the other delivery location , which it was far from the store , Food was delivery cold and dry ,IDK i you can tell with the pix.

Pizza was 30-40 late. Driver was aimlessly driving around my neighborhood. I finally got in my car to find her to get my pizzas to feed my family before bed time. I called the location and they hung up on me. This location is a bad example of what dominos service is usually like.

If you want to waste your money and time and be disappointed, order pizza from here. They will definitely leave you frustrated. During my first order, they lost my pizzas and tried to charge me for them. In my next order, they took more than two hours to deliver the pizzas. When I called to ask about it, the staff member hung up on me. Thanks to that employee. Absolutely terrible service and behavior. I think the owner of this company is just waiting to go bankrupt. Do not order from here. ?

Order from this store on saturday night and I was impressed how fast it came out .... the delivery driver, Brad, was very polite and fast as well. The pizza was hot and delicious ....10 out 10....keep up the good job guys.

Worst Domino’s in Boca Raton.You usually got a 50/50 chance that your pizza is overcooked, toppings thrown around, or both. Order at another Dominos.

Absolutely the best Domino's experience I've had. I don't really write a lot of reviews but the delivery driver Jason gave me no choice this guy is awesome, great service, great attitude. Dude gave me 5 star restaurant service from pizza delivery deserves all the success he can get. Manager i spoke to was awesome as well i forgot his name too many brain injuries sorry man. Great team, great pizza ??

Stuck in a hotel with no restaurants nearby. This was without a doubt one of the best delivery pizzas I have ever had. And it was on time.Plus it was the first time ever I ordered from Domino's. They will now have a new customer.

I generally don’t write reviews on fast food. I feel like it’s a given on what I’m getting.This store is different, the employee went above and beyond to give the best service possible. Unfortunately a customer came in and took the wrong order (that one being mine).Q (the employee) went outside to see if they were still there, not upset but more understanding that mistakes happen. His patience and demeanor at work is something that I personally look up to. He apologized immensely, chatted with me, and had the food out in no time. He made my day. As someone who works in the industry I look up to him.Job well done Q.The food as always was exactly what I needed.Keep it up!
