Don Pablo is a quality experience - fresh ingredients, tasty food, and exceptional service. I’ve had a lot of Mexican food in my life but this is one I’ll keep thinking about and going back to. The family and I stopped by Don Pablo on a recent trip, and more than once it was our meal. From the nachos, to the bowls, to the tacos, to the burritos, everything was top notch. The salsas and sauces are mouth watering, the meats are full of flavor and cooked just right, the portions are very generous and ingredients aren’t spared. The family ordered birria tacos, California burritos, chicken nachos, and chicken tacos. The nachos and bowls (both ordered vegetarian) are something I will think of when I’m wanting comfort food. Man, it was sooooo good! I will be going back when I am back in the area

My family and I were craving Mexican food and came to Don Pablo for the first time. We had an amazing dinner! We ordered nachos with chicken, birria tacos and the California burrito. Food was incredible!! We appreciate the quality of the ingredients, very fresh, flavorful, the meat was tender and the price was great for such large portions. The service was excellent! They were super helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely be back soon.

I’ve given this place so many chances. Every time I come here they tell me that I can’t order so and so item because they’re out of whatever meat, ingredient, etc. Tonight was the last straw, they were completely out of meat for the burger selection and he started listing off what meats aren’t available to order off the Mexican menu. I ended up walking away and am done wasting my time driving out of the way to come here and if you value your time you should reconsider as well.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: you disagree with my comment? What is there to disagree on? The night I left the review was one of multiple visits I’ve had where I was told certain food wasn’t available to order. Do you think I found a random Mexican food truck on google and decided to make up an experience? Use your head. I didn’t even mention that one visit I showed up at 6pm and was told that the truck was closing from 6-7pm because you needed to restock food. I actually came back that time after 7pm and ordered. I returned multiple times even after that visit and had similar experiences being told I can’t order certain items because you were sold out of food. It really shows what kind of establishment this is calling my comment “stupid” and blaming me for your inability to efficiently run a food truck. Maybe you should reevaluate how you operate a business and consider the fact you might be projecting when calling your customers stupid. Who is actually the stupid one? Hmm. And yes my time is valuable and your comment making fun of that shows how inconsiderate of a person you actually are, given the fact that my issue wasn’t a one time occurrence. I’m sorry I don’t have the time to keep a log of my exact time and visits where you were out of food. My review is to warn others they may experience the same thing I did. I didn’t say anything bad about food.. you think if I was just making things up to bash your business Id say the everything was bad including the food. Maybe use some critical thinking and management skills and have your employees keep a log of times you run out of food and make adjustments instead of blaming your customers for your problems. And I’m not welcome back!? I’m so so upset! Where else will I be able to find tacos in South Florida? I’m going to miss driving to your food truck to be told you’re out of food. If you weren’t so dense you’d realize that I left this review because I already decided I’m not coming back. Major loss on my end and I am devastated by this tragic news. I would say you lost and customer and future revenue but you wouldn’t have enough food to sell anyway so what difference does it make, right?

During busier nights we may run low on food, but are working on making sure this doesn’t happen in the future. I searched my phone and actually found texts from back in May about you being closed for an hour, then me returning and STILL not even having items on the menu. This is a completely separate incident than what my original review was referencing. Like I said this has happened MULTIPLE times.

But listen… the Smash Burger is life changing. Juicy, perfectly seared, and loaded with flavor that will have you dreaming about it long after the last bite. Easily one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life.

Amazing food and unbelievable service... I showed up a little late and they were already closed, however they accommodated my order for both tacos and the amazing smash burger. Holy cow!! I also have been going everyday this week and everyday I had different tacos and each one was a 10/10. Super delicious!! Definitely becoming one of my favorite taco spots.

What a great place to eat! Parked in front of the Chevron gas station. This little food truck surprised my mother and I. For my mother, who doesn't like tacos, she absolutely loved the food!!! Even ordered a second plate! I had the birria quesadillas, mom had the barbacoa vamiro tacos, and my friend had the chicken tacos! Such good wholesome food. Plus, the service was excellent, and they came to check on us several times while we were eating. Don Pablo is a must try!

I have passed this food truck a hundred times and decided to try it. Parked in front of a Chevron station on State Road 7. They have a small seating area in front. Very reasonable priced.
I tried the Shrimp Taco, Barbacoa Taco (Slow-cooked, shredded beef in a flavorful sauce) , and Carnitas Taco( Slow-cooked pork ). All come in either a soft flour or corn tortilla, topped with cilantro & onions or pickled red onions. All were great loaded with flavor and taste.
