I ordered a cheese burger medium but was disappointed when it arrived very rare with a cool red center and blood on the plate, as shown in this photo. I expect a medium burger to have just a hint of pink, not a raw center. Hopefully this was just an isolated mistake, but they should ensure burgers are cooked to diners' requested doneness.

Great service and THE BEST BURGER IN BOCA!!! the burgers were cooked perfectly, large and meaty and seasoned to perfection. The flatbread was equally delicious. I highly recommend!
We sat down and had to wait like an hour for food. We asked multiple times for just water and ice and it got to the point we had to ask a different waiter to get it because ours was too busy for whatever reason and was ignoring us. Not only that but a table got their food before us even though we had gotten their 45mins EARLIER. Do not come here they are always super slow, under staffed, and ignorant. The worst service I have experienced in aurba by far. The other reviews were very inaccurate and the food was not worth it. There are plenty of other better places like Iguana joes and places like that.

Parking: The name on the outside of restaurants was not The Drunken Burger. So we walked all the way around the block before having to walk in and ask if “The eating place” was the right place.
