whenever i come here to eat with my family it’s kinda disappointing. the hostesses are super nice and helpful and usually help us tho however no one ever smiles here.. most of the workers here look like they want to leave and 1v1 the customers. it also always takes three years for a server to help us i think they should check their sections more or get assigned sections if they don’t. the one server that is actually super good and sweet to talk to though is torrence he needs a pat on the back for being the first person in the restaurant to ever smile. the food is ok.
This was our first time at this location. The hostess was very friendly but the waitress was really busy. She started out doing well then it seemed like she forgot about us and would rush past our table to get to her other tables. When the food did arrive, my wings were supposed to be sauced but only 1/2 were. The other wings had bits of sauce on them as if they were in a hurry and just tossed them really quickly without checking them. My daughter ordered her sauce on the side at the time we placed our order, and we had to wait about 15 minutes AFTER the food arrived to get the sauce that they forgot. We also ordered the Calamari and that was perfect. I enjoyed it.
