I order a ice coffee with caramal and then i got it with out caramal worst dunkin ever
We ask for 2 jelly donuts and one with chocolate and 2 plane sticks. When we got it they were alls squish

The amount of caffeine and sugar in their products is enough to make me sick. Yuck!
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff was unbelievably rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. They were incredibly lazy, barely doing anything, and I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get a small hot Americano. How can it possibly take that long for such a simple order? The customer service was non-existent, and the whole experience was frustrating. Definitely not going back to this location!
The boys and I are big fans! I don’t have a picture of me with my iced coffee, but they enjoy the pup cups!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The service is horrible, the employees are beyond rude and very unwilling to help. I’ve been a regular customer for 2 months now and my drink is never made correctly and my food is usually burnt or not heated up correctly.

Cashier was great, but the lady serving coffee was rude and inattentive. She was talking with earbuds in and didn’t seem to care about customers. Very disappointed with the service.

They unfortunately get my order wrong most of the time. I mobile order so there might be a lack of communication through that but it has happened plenty of times. Getting the staff's attention takes longer than most other establishments. If you do get their attention, they ignore you or give you an attitude. I try not to be a confrontation perdon but this has been an ongoing issue.

Coffee tastes like watered down hog wash.
Imagine washing coffee cups and whatever that water wash is is how watered down their coffee tastes and I got the cold brew hoping it would be more caffeinated but it was just as watery as their regular. I normally can not drink cold brew bc it’s too strong for me but this was disgusting. Straight into the trash it went! Unfortunately DK is not monitoring the quality of all these franchises, it’s sad!
