While the sandwich was really good, the coffee was bitter at the first sip. It left a long bitter taste in my mouth. I ordered the hot pumpkin latte ( new item?) Something was off with the coffee or maybe expired products?!

America really runs on Duncan! I love their frozen chai tea and also a hot chai tea. I’m allergic to dairy so it is fabulous that they can substitute whole milk for almond milk or soy milk to meet my dietary restrictions and needs. I love that they have a drive-through. It is so convenient and I absolutely love when I drive through with my dog they always give him a pup cup or a munchkin. This is a fantastic and reliable place for any time of the day. I would definitely recommend this as they have a lot of drinks and food to eat. I also really enjoyed their Boo! bucket, which was a bucket full of munchkins brought that to the classroom for the students.
Worst Dunkin ever. The employees here are so rude I have yet to have a good experience. Even the new hires are extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. They mess up my orders and then get mad at me for it. Awful experience every time I come.

My granddaughters go to Dunkin on St Andrews Blvd. in Boca to pick up our orders every weekend. Unfortunately, the service continues to be very slow and the worst part is that they do not ever make our drinks the same way - even when we ask them to re-do them. I am so very disappointed with this location. :(

I usually go to Starbucks but decided to try this Dunkin’ on St. Andrews due to its convenience. Big mistake. My order was wrong, and so were three others while I waited. Reviews show service has declined over the past several months—two years ago, this place had great ratings. If the owner doesn’t fix this fast, they won’t be in business much longer.
