Every single time I come into this Dunkin it is a fever dream. First I came in and ordered my coffee which isn’t that complicated to make, and she immediately left the register before I payed to make the drink which was bizarre. Then, this old man running the store asked me and my sister what else we wanted and my sister placed her order and the whole system was so confusing because we were explaining the order as she was making some mystery drink that apparently wasn’t mine?!! Then he gave us donuts we didn’t pay for and said that the other lady making the drinks was slow! When we finally got our drinks neither of them were made right, which makes sense considering they make drinks before getting the label to know what to put in it. Please do not come here, no matter how desperate you are for coffee.

Disgusting. Find a better Dunkin. I made the mistake of ordering from here through Uber eats, everything was gross and they didn’t even put the food in sealed bags, the driver just brought it in wide open bags.

I've been going to dunks for years now and never had such consistently bad food and service. I've given them way too many chances and it's always absolutely terrible. Hate to leave bad reviews but this location shouldn't even be open for business.

Visiting this Dunkin Donuts this morning was an irritating way to start my day. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior to my arrival at this establishment. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cold brew. The place was almost empty when I arrived, however, my mobile order was not yet ready for pick up. I patiently waited to see if the order would come out but it was not until I was asked what I was waiting on that they even started making my order. I watched them do this to other people who were also waiting on mobile orders. Also, I could see my order on their order queue screen as it was ignored.
So glad I planned ahead to try and avoid being late to work……… maybe turn off the mobile order feature if you can’t handle it.

Terrible. It's the most expensive dunkin donut I have been to. Plus they over charged me. I didn't notice until a day later on my app. Then they tell me I got 3 items but I only received one. Still dealing with this none sense.
